Monitoring Your Mental Health | Laurie Miggins

This is a throwback to my talk on mental health with Laurie Miggins from the Real Life with Laurie podcast, who is also the organizer of "The Better Normal" summit that focuses on mental health.

I thought it would be fitting with society reorganizing itself, and trying to find its way in this kind of "post-pandemic" phase that we're in.

Laurie has struggled with mental health for a lot of her life, and now she uses that as fuel to drive the message of self-care and self-love. This is quite possibly one of the more transparent interviews I've done as a podcaster.
