Michigan's Lendeborg Heroics Secure Big Ten Title

Semifinals, Yaksa Lindobord nailed a tie-breaking three-pointer with just 0.4 seconds left to send the Wolverines to the championship game. Top-seated Michigan improved to 31 wins and two losses. A day Mara led with 16 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 blocks, while Elliott Kado added 15 points. Lindobord shook off a slow start to hit crucial shots down the stretch, including one that gave Michigan a brief three-point lead, late. The United Center crowd was on its feet for the final tense moments as Michigan avenged its only regular season conference loss to Wisconsin back in, January. Both teams struggled early, shooting poorly in the first half before Michigan closed strong. Wisconsin's Austin Raft dropped 18 points on six three-pointers in the second half, and Nick Boyd added 14, despite a tough shooting night. The Badgers reached the final of the last two years, but fell to Michigan both times.
