Michael Knowlson: A Life Celebrated

0:00On March 3rd, a 34-year-old man from Croscomb named Michael Nolson died at the scene of a car crash on the A371 near Dinder on February 18th. His family released the touching tribute, calling him a devoted son, caring brother, loving dad to his son Mason and loyal friend to many. Michael's love for his young son guided everything he did, making Mason his absolute world. He offered kindness, humor, and steady support to family, and was the kind of friend people could always rely on through thick and thin. His family shared that they're utterly heartbroken, struggling with the massive void his sudden passing has left in their lives. They touched on how his warmth and laughter brought joy to Croscomb and beyond, and they've asked for privacy during this tough time. To honor him, a special football match called Mike's Match takes place this Sunday, March 8th, from 2.30 to 4.30pm, at Strode, College Sports Center. A celebration of his life is scheduled for Friday, March 20th, at 11am, at St. Cuthbridge Church in Wells, followed by a private burial.
