Miami Dolphins Trade Jaylen Waddle, Load Up Draft Picks

The Miami Doffins just made ways by trading star-wide receiver Jalen Waddle to the Denver Broncos.

In exchange, they picked up Denver's first round draft choice at number 30, plus third

and fourth round picks at numbers 94 and 1. 130 while giving up their own fourth

rounder. This marched the first big splash for new general manager John Erick Sullivan in

his early days on the job. Waddle leads after five strong seasons, with 373 catches over

5,000 yards and 26 touchdowns. Drafted six overall in 2021, he hit the 1,000 yard mark

in his first three years before slowing down lately. The move fits Miami's total rebuild

of their passing attack under Sullivan and new coach Jeff Halfley. They already cut

quarterback to Otago Veloa, now with the Atlanta Falcons and wide receiver Tyree Kill, breaking

up one of the league's top trios, from 2023. To rebuild, the dolphin signed wide receivers,

Jalen Tollbert from Dallas and Tutu Atwell from the Rams and Free Agency. They returned

slot-man Malik Washington and have young options like Theo Wies Jr. and others waiting

in the wings. Now with seven picks in the first three rounds, including two first rounders,

they're loaded for the draft. Sullivan, fresh from the Green Bay Packers, also traded

safety mink of Fitzpatrick to the New York Jets last week. But the overhaul comes at
