🧠🧠🧠 Mi Castle Su Castle (Lost Piece Exercise)

The following is a conceptualization training exercise from don't move until you see it.

Completely exercise using only your mental board, pause and repeat as often as you need to.

In this position, white has pawns on A3, B2, C3, F2, G2 and G3.

A king on G1, a queen on H4, a rook on F1, bishops on B4 and H3 and a knight on F3.

Black has pawns on A7, B7, C7, E7, F7, F6 and H5.

A king on E8, a queen on B3, rooks on A8 and H8.

Bishops on G6 and H6 and a knight on C6.

In this position, white's missing rook is stopping black from castling queen side,

but cannot be captured by any of black's pieces.

Where is white's missing rook?
