The victim escaped the room, got help from hotel staff, and alerted police. Investigators found multiple videos on the men's phones showing the assault. Cops even tricked resuspects into coming to the hotel by calling her stolen phone, leading to quicker arrests. Prosecutors first sought 151 years total, but after a deal with defense lawyers, the sentence dropped by more than half.
