She started this new position on February 1st. Noblouch joined the firm back in 2006. She became a partner in Assurance Services in 2016. Took charge of those services in Kansas City in 2019 and stepped up as office managing partner this year. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Kansas. She's a past honorary in Ingram's 40 under 40 class of 2023. Noblouch looks forward to representing the firm and the community while inspiring teams to give clients the best service. She'll team up closely with managing partner Steven Harris and Chairman John Herbert Jr. Headquarter in St. Louis, Ruben Brown has over 1000 team members across offices in Chicago, Denver, Detroit, Kansas City, Las Vegas.
