McMann Traded to Kraken, Leafs Struggle

In return, they got a fourth round pick in the 2026 NHL draft and a conditional second round pick in the 2027 draft. The 29-year-old has 32 points, including 19 goals and 13 assists in 60 games this season. McMahon sat out to Toronto's last two games while waiting for the deal. He's an undrafted free agent with 91 points and 200 regular season games for the Leafs, plus three assists and 13 playoff games. He's in the final year of a two-year contract worth $2.7 million. McMahon expressed gratitude for his time in Toronto and excitement for what's next. He mentioned mutual interest in a new deal, but understood the team's direction to shake things up.
