McBrien Pleads Not Guilty to 55 Sexual Charges

These allegations span from 2011 to 2021, all tied to women who saw his services as a misur or osteopath. Prosecutors laid it out clear, pointing to a pattern over that decade. Police leading the probe called it a tough, drawn out investigation, and they're urging anyone with info to step forward amid community worries. They stressed keeping speculation low online or locally to protect the legal process. The judge set a trial starting April 19th, 2027, that could run up to four months with pre-trial dates in July and March.
