Maxx Crosby Traded to Ravens, Skips Event

The news broke right as he was driving to a power slap event in Las Vegas on Friday night. UFC CEO Dana White spotted the trade on social media while heading to the same event. He called Crosby immediately and they learned about it together. Crosby turned his car around, skipped the event, and headed home to lay low. Crosby spent seven seasons with the Raiders, starting with one year in Oakland and six in Las Vegas. The team drafted him in the fourth round of the 2014 draft. The Ravens gave up two first round picks, including the number 14 selection in the 2026 draft. The trade becomes official when the league year starts on Wednesday. Crosby has said he saw himself as a raider for life, but now he'll join Baltimore's strong defense with players like Kyle Hamilton and Rokwan Smith. The team hopes to bounce back from last season's playoff miss and chase the title with Lamar Jackson.
