It's on three outs away from Venezuela, stunning the USA after they knocked off Japan in the quarterfinals, after they came from behind to beat Unbeaten Italy in the semi-finals. There are three outs away from Nixing, Bryce Harper's heroic two run blast in the bottom of the 8th, and there are three outs away from beating Team USA and winning the World Baseball Classic title game. Wow, this would be stunning, this would be shocking, so we'll keep you posted here throughout the end of the show. 3:15So we'll keep you posted on both of those really quickly, got up a couple of minutes, I got some thoughts, because Max Crosby put out a new episode of his podcast today, The Rush, and he said he was livid and confused by the Ravens backing out of that trade that would have sent him to Baltimore, and he said, quote, no one will ever admit what the real truth is, ultimately it doesn't matter, I am where I'm supposed to be. And then he kind of described how it went, those 24 to 48 hours in Baltimore, he said they flew him first class to DC, because there wasn't a direct flight from Vegas to Baltimore, and then the next day he had a physical NNMRI, but he did not speak at all with Eric the cost of Ravens GM throughout the day. And Max said, quote, I thought I was going to see him when I first got there, I don't know why I'm not going to speculate, he just made the trade, and I didn't see him for five hours. Max Crosby said though, he was pumped up, he was excited, you know, as much as he loved Vegas, he said he wanted to be in Baltimore, and then he said the energy felt off, he

4:20said when he dapped up, head coach Jesse Mentor, he had a blank face, and then, you know, they basically sat him down and said one of the doctors had concerns about his knee and they wanted to get additional opinions, and he said he went back to his hotel room, talked to his agents, and they were like, yeah, they're probably going to nix the trade. Even though Max Crosby said, he was like, no, I spoke to somebody from the Ravens training staff, and they said they're going to, you know, they expect to get the deal done, and they ended up canceling it. And so to hear that, like first person point of view from Max Crosby on what happened, to be in that process, and you know, look, I still think the Ravens got cold feet, man. I think they made the trade on Friday night, and then they saw Monday go by, Tuesday go by, Train Hendricks in, not get signed, the defense, the pass rusher market kind of fell for him, kind of dropped off. And I think the Ravens said, well, screw it, man, we're not going to give up, we can get these two first round picks back, and we can pay Train Hendricks in like $78 million less than what Max Crosby's cap it is.

5:24And we get a guy that's a little bit younger that also like had more sacks in back to back seasons than Max Crosby did a couple of years ago, really it's the first round draft picks, screw it, we're pulling out of the trade. I think that's what it was. I think the whole concern about the fail physical is BS. His doctor Neil, Neil Ella Tratch, who's one of the top doctors in the, in the world said that Max is doing very well in the early part of his rehab. He's still on on track in his planned program, Max Crosby is expected to be ready to play by training camp in July. I think this was all BS on the Baltimore Ravens. And I still, and I will always think that, I don't care what Eric the Costa says, I don't care if he says, oh, we were trying to get both Max Crosby and Trey Hendricks in, yeah, well, why didn't you sign Trey Hendricks in until the day after you pull out of the trade for Max Crosby? I think it was a bunch of garbage garbage. No absorber strikes out, Alex Pregman pops out, Roman Anthony's got a 1-1 count, USA is down to their final out. Then as well as an out-of-way from winning the World Baseball Classic Championship.

6:26And this would be a massive disappointment. I don't care what anybody says, I don't care if it's an exhibition, I don't give it damn. This would be a disaster if the USA loses this game. And we'll close on that. We'll see when Lynelle Willingham comes on, we might have extra innings in my B-over.
