He ranks second on the team in sacks, trailing only senior linebacker Darryl Peterson, and set 8th in both total and solo tackles with 18. Solos. Coming from Illinois, he wrapped up college ball with 81 tackles, 13 sacks, 4 past deflections, and 4 forced fumbles. The Carolina Panthers own, picks 158 and 159, and they've already got a stack defense that could use Ryger's pass rush. ESPN's mock has him a bit later at 165th, so Badger fans, eyes on Ryger, he could be the one slipping through to the pros.
