Coach you mentioned this is our final show so I guess do you have any kind of closing thoughts or message to the fans that have been with you guys all year long? 12:43gonna give you multiple choice answers and it's just like when you were in the fourth grade you get a bunch of options with each question and you just got to choose the right one and unlike when you're in the fourth grade going BC ABC doesn't work here yeah there was always a good rhythm there was always a good formula to those there was oh yeah and I always figured if I didn't know a question the last couple were see it can't be see again right right yeah and do we get a scam from do I get to fill out do we can't give us scantones and 90% of the time if all of the above was an option it was all of the above 90% of the time yeah miss miss landy was never fooling me with that mumbo jumbo you put all the above in their miss landy I'm banging it I'm banging all the above yeah miss landy in the banging unreal all right among the current projected number two seeds on Brad's bracket big board which one do you believe goes furthest in the NCAA tournament is it a Yukon B Houston C Illinois or D Michigan

13:53State Pat well I um I have a feeling what Brad is going to say so I'll go with the team that consistently makes deep runs in the NCAA tournament and that is the Houston Cougars led by head coach Calvin Samson they got the stud freshman Fleming's uh who has been a revelation this year here is what Houston has done in the last couple of years last year lost in the championship game which they should have won they should have beat Florida they blew that one uh the year before that sweet 16 the year before that sweet 16 the year before that elite eight and the year before that final four so they've made the elite eight and three of the last five years and I think that if anybody's going to knock off any of these big one seeds that we look at as a cut above the rest Michigan Arizona Duke and now probably Florida I think Houston's got the best chance to do that and I think if they get drawn in the same region as let's say I'm trying to think of top my head

14:54what would be probably the best match up for the Houston Cougars honestly I think they would do well against the Duke Blue Devils so if Houston's in the same region as Duke I think they'll have a shot to make the final four but either way it's which two seed goes the furthest I like the Houston Cougars and naturally I'm gonna go see I L L again as objectively as humanly possible here here's the reasons why they Illinois is built to make the deepest run of the projected number two seeds and the longest seed in the nation folks they have some question marks offensively are they struggling it's quick back courts see the Wisconsin games see what dominant in in that UCLA matchup in which they fell a couple of weeks ago if they get the right draw they could create problems for a lot of teams including whatever the number one seed is I think I actually match up quite well with Duke despite some of their defensive bills their phenomenal offensive team the best in the Ken Palm era that is a fact they can splash in splash them outside Keaton Walguller is in the

15:59conversation being able to be a lottery pick and they're generating a second chance on 39 percent of their possessions over the last 30 days so again it's all ball match ups all the path but Illinois I think is built out of the two seeds and make the deepest run of the batch I am floored floored that you took Illinois I can't believe it it's unreal unbelievable um maybe numbers back it up yeah yeah I think it's Houston I mean if I'm picking a team I'm going with the team with the best defense and that's Houston they this team is ridiculous they yeah but you have to score on them like you're 60 can win a game for Houston yeah so that and that's where that's what I like especially heading into this tournament all right on a one to 10 scale with one being totally chill to 10 being freaking out you can tell Brad wrote the question what is the appropriate number association on foot injury ravaged to Duke sans Caleb Foster for the foreseeable future

17:05and pat oh god in gungva you got it also if you a one to two b three to four c five to six d seven eight or e nine to 10 Brad I want to say I think it's a d seven eight uh it's not quite freak out but it's at a high level that you should be very concerned I think we're it's going to be a hell marry shot at the buzzer for Caleb Foster for turn anytime before say the final four and uh Duke is going to win uh the first round game more likely to win their second round game it gets interesting in the sweet 16 and possibly elite eight when the level of competition we presume really ratchets up uh you know they don't have a whole lot of death I Caleb Foster's guy that shooting 40% from distance I is a primo distributor without him on the floor and gungva is no sure thing to be back and that really ends out the front court death he got issues their

18:06phenomenal events of team are the very well-oiled offensively as Foster respond the floor that this raises questions I totally freaking out but man I am nervous if I'm there in Turum I expecting this Duke team the mid to five four seven eight for me the Duke Blue Devils here so it's the final four and it's you know get to the national championship game so like you're talking about the first two rounds it's a they're they're they're gonna blow over whoever's in their path even a tough eight nine match of Duke will be able to get by but we're talking about get to the final four get to the championship game win the whole damn thing which is evaded a Duke for you know what decades now a long long time then for me it's uh freak out so it's eight it's nine to ten they're not winning an national championship of both of these

19:10guys around for the big dance and even one of them's out for the for the entire big dance uh you know again you look at like I could see them getting knocked down in the sweet 16 honestly if both of these guys are out two of their five starters you look at who a four or five seat could be lurking in Duke's region if they get drawn them Alabama and Arkansas right now a four and a five respectively I'm Brad's bracket bigboard uh it's the second and the third best team in the SEC and you know they can light up the scoreboard for 90 to 100 points if Duke is fully healthy with two of arguably their best defenders yeah they'll probably neutralize Alabama yeah they'll probably be able to slow down dairy and say come if they don't have either of those all of a sudden you get one hot shooting performance from one of the best point guards in the country or Alabama decides they want to knock down 50% of their threes on that given day if they're in Duke's region and that's a sweet 16 matchup I am ripping biting off all of my nails on my fingers if I'm a Duke Blue Devils fan so it's E it's nine to ten hmm I like it all right of

20:10the following non-power five conference teams projected to be number eight or lower seeds in this year's big dance which one do you not want to see in your bracket a Utah State b vc u see Miami of Ohio D Santa Clara or E St. Louis Pat we know I gotta give some love to the undefeated Miami of Ohio but look I mean I'm unlikely I don't know if they can be big deep run in the big dance and knock off in the one seat in the second round I don't know if anybody can hear or even a three-year-old in the lower and there are plenty of two teams in the second round but I love love here Santa Clara because I was really inspired by the way that I've got three seed and they show that they can go toe-to-toe with them I like that they've got balance scoring you

21:12know a Christian Hammond and Alan Graves leading the way for them two guys that that can shoot the rock over 40 percent from deep as a team they shoot at 35 percent so they're really well balanced they do a good job they're very big they get you know almost four blocks of game as a team so you know Santa Clara unlikely but if I have to pick one of these teams I'll give the edge to the Broncos out of the WCC yeah you stole my answer because that's how I'm gonna go with this well I think Santa Clara is a very dangerous team you mentioned their ability to shoot the three you look at what they have done here of the last 30 days or shoot nearly 42 percent from way downtown that's just outlandish to be honest with you and really I think the key this team is one of Buckyaboye the big seven footer long drink of water a guy it's an excellent shoplocker cleans up on the glass he is selling improved as the season has gone on Herb Sendeck is a master tactician and drawn up offensive plays and the team is playing better defensively number 66

22:14I'd affect a few goal percentage defense I think Santa Clara likely going to be now on the 10 seed line come selection Sunday I'll dare I say Pat 7 10 they'll beat the 7 seed dare I say if they get you con and the round of 32 they knock off the huskies and they sweetness yeah better fear the Broncos to eat Nash you is going to make some noise at big dance this year I mean one of these teams is not like the others right like I mean I'm gonna I'm gonna go with the team that hasn't lost yet Miami of Ohio because I'm gonna go with the unknown look a lot of people say Miami of Ohio is overrated a lot of people say they haven't played anybody but they also haven't lost to anybody and that's a team that with the unknown I don't know what they're going to be like versus these good teams I don't know if they're good enough like if they should have been ranked higher than what were they 20th in the country 21st in the country like this

23:17team Miami Ohio to me is is the variable that I do not want in my bracket just saying all right on Brad's latest bracket big board the projected number four seeds all have unique question marks which one of the following is the most vulnerable to an early round knockout is it a Texas tech B Virginia C Kansas D Alabama or E all will reach the sweet 16 Brad Oh it's got to be C Kansas in my estimation this team has taken a backward step here to last couple of weeks the only number 37 overall laboratoric over the last 30 days and their defense is still excellent they're clamping down in that area it's offensively yes with Darren Peterson a maleven council but Doom got I mean they have some guys that can score they're just not really

24:19put together and they're slumping at the worst time on their number three to 15 in the country folks you're that correctly number three to 15 in the nation and effective few goal percentage offence of the last 30 days are only shooting 45.1% inside the arc and their turn of the rock over way too much over 17% of their possessions earned that seems fan they have coughed it up so their defense will keep them in games or offense however we'll lose those games we'll see with the draw is but it Kansas you know if they land let's say on the 4 seed line I think they could lose to a 13 if they're lucky to survive and making it around a 32 they're going to lose in that next round they are not going to taste sweetness this year a down season once promising season for the J Hawks are just you know hitting the skids at the worst time I'm going to go with the Texas Tech Red Raiders and it's just it's most notably because they lost JT Topin who

25:19is averaging 22 points and 11 rebounds per game he was one of the best players in the country before he tore his ACL on the loss that Arizona State and then Texas Tech it's like whoa can Texas Texas win without a guy that's giving them 22 and 11 per game they knock off Iowa State in Ames since then the shine has come off they lost at home to TCU they lost to BYU and you look at this team you know Christian Anderson and Donovan at well two guys that are shooting over 42% from deep this year but their numbers have been down since the top in injury when you have double teams on him almost all the time that opens up the perimeter that makes Texas Tech so much dangerous as a three point shooting team now without JT Topin can they create those same shots without him I think it's unlikely and I think Texas Tech is going to be going home you know either in the in the second round probably maybe a first round exit for the right Raiders because it's a damn shame the JT Topin injury I just don't think they're going to be that good without him I think that this is the question on the test that the teachers put in there just so nobody can get a hundred
