A lot of people agreed to me about the second, he's by the way, and about that again, got to maximize that PTO, well, if you're getting saved for the summer, enjoy your, your March madness without having to sit on a bag of peas or a bag of ice. And then, uh, because in the summertime, you, you're going to want to sit on a bag of

1:04ice. It's going to be 90 degrees. All you're doing is putting off stuff that you're going to have to do anyway. So what's the point? So you might as well. If he, I mean, if you wanted to get it today or tomorrow or yesterday or whatever, go ahead and get it today or yesterday, I had to do whatever. But I, I just think that most bosses know, I mean, the teachers when I was a kid, the teachers would turn on member channel one TV. Oh, of course, yeah. We talked about that. Jim class was, uh, when I was growing up, going through, uh, middle school, Jim class was sitting around watching March madness. So you watch March madness. Now, it's on different channels. So it's a little bit harder. It was great when they would do the cut-ins and things like that. Well, it's easier to see every game now if you have the access, but then it's not as fun. Yeah, but then you got the teachers. It was great when you had one, when you just went to CBS and they were like, okay, well, this one's clearly a blow out. Here's Valpo. Yeah. Valpo's in one right now. Exactly. And you're getting to it. Yeah. I was great. And they go back to Greg Gummo. We go to Omaha now. We're Ohio State is on the ropes.

2:05It's like that type of. That was awesome. Yeah. The reason that I knew that Greensboro was a place, but it's, that's what I'm saying. And then March madness was like a red zone. Yeah. And so that's a, it was red zone before red zone right about that, totally right. And if the teachers are willing to do it, I mean, if you're a boss, money's money, but I think you kind of know on the back of your head going, yeah, today and tomorrow are going to be my biggest hardass teacher, Ms. Hensley. I love her. She was the hardest teacher though, but you knew because they told you when he came into high school, like, if you guys are cool during March madness, she, she threw out the lesson plans. And that's just what we did in that class. It was a history class and it was just, you did that instead and it was great. It was great time, but it also was a motivator to get you to, you know, pay a little more attention, especially after Christmas. You come back, you know, you've got that leading up to it. It was great. I do miss those days.

3:05Yeah. To one say, I do. I thought that I hope the kids still get to watch it today. Yeah. I think they'll just watch it on their phone. Well, no, they're not allowed to bring the phones to school now, I remember, you know, governor to why. Make sure you couldn't do that. Sure. They're not Kim. 4:07He's talking last year. Sorry, Barry. But I think this is his first draft. I heard Paul lost power last year and Andrew was allowed to do as he pleases versus other years. And that's not how I understood his role. His role was to provide the information for Andrew Berry then to make the decisions or

5:13provide the information for Kevin Stefansky to make the in game decisions. So and and also to Paul didn't just have influence. Where was he getting his information? What? D Pedesta? Yeah. Well, their department that he built there. So for 10 years was just everybody acting against him, whoever they hired underneath Paul D Pedesta, clearly something was missing, Darryl. That's what I'm saying. So what was was the information batter was everybody just having a mutiny every time they they got hired over Paul D Pedesta. We know that John did. So that's one. Well, yeah, that we know and you and yeah, yeah, yeah, well, it's been a long time. Yeah. Well, again, synergy. That's why they were so big on the whole collaboration.
