Mansa's Summer Lineup: 10 Original Series

0:00On April 27th, Monsa, the first platform all about black stories and bite-sized micro dramas, is dropping 10 original series this summer. Founded by actors David O'Yellowow and Nate Parker, a kicked-off during Black History Month, back in February, with mobile first vertical content. Right now in May, they're launching three fresh titles, Playing the Field, A Romance Pack with Female Lead Flag Football Action, Love Contract. Diving into high stakes fake marriage drama, and battle for center stage, centering an HBCU dance team rivalry. Those early series already pulled in over 6.5 million impressions and views across platforms in just the first 30 days, showing real, hunger for these stories. All 10 summer shows come straight from their in-house Mansa Studios, Handling Development, Funding, Production and Distribution, with plans to. License or co-finance, about 30% of future projects, as part of a bigger 2026 lineup. Beyond verticals exclusive to the Mansa app, they're building out film, TV and shorts on a free ad-supported service, plus FACD channels, even landing.
