Manchester Police Seek E-fit Suspect in Rape Cases

0:00On March 4th, greater Manchester police have released an e-fit image of a man they want to question about two rapes and ancotes. The attacks targeted the same woman on Pinn Millbrow and Palmerston Street. The first incident happened in August 2023 when the man approached her and got physically aggressive before assaulting her. He came back in December 2023 for a brief talk that turned violent again, pinning her down. Police have been supporting the victims since she reported the attacks and praised her courage for helping create the e-fit image in recent months. These events have left a deep mark on her life. Detective Constable Amy Leach says her team is focused on violence against women and has done a lot of legwork despite the time that's passed.
