Man Stashes Mom's Body for Pension

Instead of reporting her death, Phillips just kept things rolling with her bank account, while her remains sat frozen in their home. Phillips showed up at Cardiff Crown Court, and pleaded guilty to blocking a proper burial for his mom, Sylvia, plus two fraud charges for not telling.
