Officers tried to arrest Hussam Ganaymat, but he fought back aggressively, shoving them into a storefront and a bench during the struggle. Stunned bystanders washed the chaotic scene unfold right there on the street, highlighting how quickly things can escalate with public disturbances. Ganaymat faced charges of criminal damage, plus two counts of assaulting emergency workers, and he pleaded guilty the very next day at Birmingham. Magistrates Court on March 27th. He's now remanded in custody waiting for a sentence, a reminder that resisting arrest often leads to heavier consequences down the line.
