Man Dies After Stabbing, Suspect Charged with Murder

0:00On March 2nd, a 25-year-old man died in hospital over a week after a stabbing in North London, leading to a murder charge against a 21-year-old suspect. Suleimanna was attacked in Alvin Lee Gardens, Camden, on Thursday, January 29th, and rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Doctors pronounced him dead on Friday, February 6th, with life support switched off on Monday, February 9th. The Metropolitan Police updated the charges against Dylan Gan of Lithos Road and Camden from attempted murder to full murder. Suleimanna's family remembered him, as incredibly social and always eager to help others, noting how much he meant to everyone around him. His loss has deeply affected the community. Gan also faces charges for possessing a knife in public, an offensive weapon in a private place, and a clas B drug. He appeared at Highbury Magistrate's Court on Monday, February 2nd, where he was remanded in custody, and he's due back in court soon.
