Man Charged with Murder in West Yorkshire

0:00On March 8th, police in West Yorkshire have charged a 45-year-old man with murder after discovering a woman's body at a home in Horberry near Wakefield. Officers arrived at the property on Ken Churchill Drive last Thursday following reports of concern for her welfare. They believe the victim was 37-year-old Caroline Barra-Clau. David Barra-Clau, who lived at the same address, was quickly arrested at the scene. Police currently in custody and scheduled to appear at Leeds Magistrate's Court on Monday. Detectives have stressed that no other suspects are being sought. Local residents may feel uneasy about the incident, but police assure the community it's an isolated case with the investigation focused solely on the charged individual.
