Man Charged Over Violent Clashes, Gardaí Seek Audi A6

0:00On April 18th, a man in his 20s faces charges over a string of violent clashes in County Monahan last Thursday. Gardai say it all peaked when a patrol car got rammed hard at Tully Corbett, sending two officers to the hospital. He said to appear in Trim District Court this afternoon as the investigation rolls on. The crash left the female guard is still recovering in the hospital, while her male partner got the all-clear after-treatment. Now Gardai are hunting for tips on a dark gray Audi A6 with Northern Ireland plates spotted near the R184 between Bally Bay and Clonti Brett.
