Man Attacked by Dogs, Owner Faces Charges

The incident took place on March 7th in the 300 block of Springwood Drive in Vance County. The dog's owner, 31-year-old Quinn's Bruell, now faces three misdemeanor charges for attacks by dangerous dogs. This wasn't the first issue with these animals. Officials had previously cited Spruell for not properly confining the dogs, showing a pattern of neglect. The victim underwent treatment for his damaged ear, highlighting the serious risks loose dogs posed to neighbors and passers-by. Local authorities acted quickly to remove the threat from the community. Sprue posted a $3,000 secure bond and is doing court on April 7th to face the charges.
