Machete Attack on Pensioner in Glasgow

0:00On May 2nd, a 77-year-old man got brutally attacked with a machete right in broad daylight on a Glasgow street. It happened around 12-10pm on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026, on Auckland win in Daumernock. The thug dressed all in black, went after the pensioner inside of black Mercedes, slashing wildly while trying to grab bin bags from the boot. Big crew swarmed the scene, fast-armed cops, a dog unit, ambulances, and special response teams. Footage caught the attacker shoving the older guy away, hacking at him, then snatching a bag and tossing it down before bolting. The whole thing played out in seconds on a busy road. The victim ended up seriously hurt, but with non-life threatening injuries so they rushed him straight to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. No word yet on why this went down, but folks in the area must be shaken seeing violence like that hit an elder in plain view. Cops have seized the Mercedes and are hunting the knife man door-to-door.
