OK, well after some great work on the business side of our product we have returned to the finalizedversion of your Tech-Pak and ultimately toward being ready to manufacture your product when wereceive an order. Lets talk a little about what we should supply the factory to make certain they will have as much information as possible to complete everything correctly. 

We come now to one of the most miss-understood items ever to be placed within the Invention process,you thought about this step ever since the first time your idea popped into your head, your first thoughtwas the Invention and most likely the next thought was that you needed a Patent before you spoke withanyone. We are going to spend a lot of time on this section, with that I am hoping that you are readingthis before you have filed for your Patent, it is certainly ok if you have already either received or filedthese steps will of course still work for you but I am hoping I caught you prior to filing. I will first mentionthat I am not by any means a Patent Attorney and I would strongly suggest you speak with a patentattorney whom can really help protect you if/when your product hits it big time.
