Logan Wilson Retires After Six NFL Seasons

Logan Wilson, the former Cincinnati Bengals linebacker, announced his retirement from the NFL this Wednesday after six solid seasons. Drafted in the third round out of the University of Wyoming, he spent his first five and a half years with the Bengals before getting traded to the Dallas Cowboys around last season's deadline. Wilson wasted no time making his mark, earning a starting spot right in his rookie year and quickly becoming one of the league's top linebackers. Over his career, he racked up 11 interceptions, 565 tackles, and three fumble recoveries. Fans will always remember his huge interception against the Tennessee Titans in the 2021 Division Around Playoff game. That pick set up a game-winning field goal that punched the Bengals ticket to the AFC championship. Logan came the Super Bowl heartbreak, where a controversial late-holding penalty on Wilson against the Rams receiver Cooper Cup changed everything.
