Lawyers for Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are heading to court in New York this Tuesday to hash out trial details with Judge Lewis Lehman. But Lively can still chase retaliation claims against Baldoni's PR team. They tried settling in February with a six-hour courtroom talk, but no dice. Now it's full steam to trial after over a year of back and forth.
