The solar system's smallest planet Mercury is shrinking faster than scientists expected. Mercury is barely 3,000 miles across. Study author Gakko Nishiyama with the German Aerospace Center's Institute of Space Research says the planet has lost in diameter as much as 14 miles. Well, Mercury, you can find so many wrinkles and low-bid spurs, which is the kind of the consequence of the radio contraction because, for example, you can imagine a grave turning it to a resin. Mercury has been shrinking ever since its formation 4.5 billion years ago, because of internal cooling, which is tightening the surface. Once the temperature reaches the same level as sounding, the mercury would not lose heat, which means mercury stops shrinking. But that would not happen. A linked European and Japanese spacecraft is advancing toward Mercury and should enter orbit there in November. I'm Adana Hew.
