00Hi, I'm PJ Vote and I want to tell you about my podcast Search Engine. We try to make sense to the world, one question at a time. No question too big, no question too small. We will even answer your questions if you send them in. Stuff like, what happens when a cemetery goes out of business? What should we do about teens using AI to do their homework? Who buys luggage at the airport luggage store? Follow and listen to Search Engine in partnership with Odyssey, wherever you get your podcasts. Just lie malike or just lie malike. Like, like, like, like. Tell me like he not liking it. I like it a lot. No lie. I don't like it. I don't like you either. You're talking I hate it. Like, no lie. No lie. No lie. I definitely knew what I liked and I definitely knew what I didn't like. Well, it was awkward yesterday. The limonolikes.

01The calves lost to the mavericks. That should never happen. Especially after you beat them by 30 plus most recently. However, limonolikes. Hey, Max Drews. There we go. Woo! Was that his best game as a Cavalier was second best game? More points and minutes. It was awesome. Hey, first time back with the Jones fracture, which kept him out all the way to... They said he'd be back in February. He started February. Well, here we are. It's better late than never as he had 24 points. Eight rebounds. Seven and nine from the field. And six and seven from three point range was perfect from the free throw line. Everybody was raving about it, including the head coach Kenny Atkinson. It's pretty amazing performance after seven months without playing an NBA game. Maybe the best I've seen. With that period of absence and then to come in an NBA game and have that performance. It was great. I loved the crowd. You know, that was really great moment. Him coming in.

01I'm giving a grade and then hitting the first couple of threes. So that's a shiny light. You know, not a great day for us. Got standing ovation when he came in. Was nice to see. 67 games out. Was good to see him. Good to see him play well. Yeah. Fans were absolutely loving every minute of it except for the loss. Me while. La la la. This one's for Kenny. What? John Gross. And the Akron Zips. They're the 12 seed. Now they are not in the play in Miami is. So it's like they got the worst seed. However, they got the more favorable draw. I think you'd say also Miami big time underdogs in their game. But how about this for John Gross head coach of the Akron Zips and Akron's last five seasons. A 74% winning percentage back to back. Tournament appearances for tournament appearances in five years. This will officially be the least amount of losses. Akron has ever had in a season currently five the most would be six. Are they ready to make a run?

01Ken Carmen. Are you doing some scouting? Well, hold on. Here we go. Let's pull out the bracket. Let's go. Texas Tech. We're. Texas Tech. We're. I am a Hofstra winner. Yes. I'm trying to win one. Give me one. Let's get greedy. You know that. Get greedy. Give me one. Oh, pretty incredible though. If I would have told you that five years ago that we'd be looking at the dominant team and the year that somebody goes 27 and oh. They end up being having the better season, right? Can you say Akron's had the better season in Miami right now? I don't want to get ahead of ourselves. But it's all set up for that sweet 16 matchup between John Gross and Travis still brother versus brother. Only one can survive. Can enable. It's a real high map. It's a real highlander situation here. Uh, meanwhile, it took a while to find out what was going on with jet wheels. Liberal likes. Uh, the 10th overall picked the years ago.

02Did you see this over the weekend? Kenny is knee issues. Much more than just a couple of ligament tears, which is what we were told. As he also needed a femoral osteomy to realign his femur with his hip. Head shoulders, knees and both. After sitting out a year, Will's visited the Bears last week. Signed a one year deal low risk move that could help at left tackle if he can play for the Bears. A team went to the playoffs last year. Good luck. Why didn't we want him? Why does the playoff team want him? We were all moving on from each other at that point. I think when you say words like femoral osteo whatever osteobiflex. Whatever it is. You win that if you don't win the showcase showdown. I mean, we did assume it was more than just a casual injury, right? What do you mean a cat? What's a casual injury? I think what do you think? For the longest time, you know, we are wondering what's going on? How is he just out of football now? I mean, he wasn't that bad.

03We've seen worse than jet wheels. We have. I know he became the poster boy for some of the issues on that offensive line because of the penalties. And let's face it. You know, fans just didn't like it. Was McIpe back then taking a head of him or behind him? We'll play that game later. Okay, well, he's still well. No, because Tristan Wurfs. I got to go back to that dress. That's 2020. Well, it's 2020. There's some with it. Gosh, there's some weird landmines in that draft. And Wills, Wills had a good rookie year. Chase Young went number two overall. What would you call his career? Abust. Okay, Jeff Fakuto right after him. Andrew Thomas has been solid. Okay, McIpe. McIpe is actually found new life at guard. Yes, he is. And then the Tristan Wurfs. I mean, that guy. Had he not been, if he had been drafted ahead of you, I don't think we would have been as nasty, but you could have had Tristan Wurfs. I mean, that's it. That's how people are going to feel. I'm alive. Meanwhile, Team USA heading back to the world baseball classic.

06Two one win over the Dominican Republic. Here is the home run that did it. Roman Anthony. One ball left. He goes in touch. He's going back. Here it is. Roman Anthony gives the US Lee. Yes. Indeed. Audio courtesy of Fox. Were you swelling with some patriots? Good crowd, too. I thought that was great as well. There was a lot of people there at that ballpark last night. So, yeah. So they could be taking on either Venezuelo or Italy who played a semi-final match up. I thought tonight. I'm sorry. I thought Tugboat Wilkinson had a beard. I saw him out there on Friday night for Team Canada. He didn't have a beard. I don't keep up with his facial hair. He struck out Calarrala when he was excited. I didn't know which way to take it. I felt like Larry David Meme. I was like, hey, that's a guy in the Guardian system. He struck it out Calarrala. That's a pretty big moment, but trying to close them out because I did think like this. I go, all right. There were a lot of people who liked to rub it in with Canada.

06When we won the Olympics in hockey. Like, hockey's their thing. Baseball, I would say American football is our thing, but baseball is the national past times right now. It's just all these teams. They have all Americans on them. Like England. All these teams, all Americans. So, we're calling it the World Baseball Classic, but essentially it's mostly Americans. One final note. Lamelikes. Do I call you? He never had a beard. Why am I thinking he had a beard? Kenny, do I call you Siskole or Ebert? Who do you want to be in this? I guess I would have to be. I mean, I'd have to be Ebert. A dancely night at the Oscars. That's cool. Ken Kerman. One battle after another. I thought it was fine. I didn't think it was you. Who was John Lovitz in the critic? That's who I would be. Well, it's a, it won big time at the 98th annual Academy Awards. Where the political thriller carted away six Oscars out of 13 nominations. Paul Thomas Anderson. One, a big award as well. Michael B. Jordan. Best actor finally piercing through in his 40s.

08Getting it done. But you're a movie. Again, I thought it was fine. It was entertaining. I didn't think it would win Best Picture. And I knew it would. I knew it would. I knew it was time. It was time. It was time for a Galardi son. Paul Thomas Anderson to win. And he won. And it was a fabulous movie. I like, there's. If I were to. Football was fun. Why shouldn't your football podcast be the same? Follow and listen to he the call NFL podcast with Dan hands us in Mark Cessler, wherever you get your podcast. I do a power ranking of Paul Thomas Anderson movies. I don't know if it's top three. Right. Magnolia's up there. Boy, there will be blood. Remember, I hated there will be blood. And then the third time I watched it without any without any distractions. I went. Correct. I got it. This is an incredible movie. Boogie Knights has got to be number one. But it's up there. Was this only on YouTube last night? Didn't they, weren't they shifting? Or maybe next year. Okay. Some ABC. I thought the Academy Awards was like going strictly streaming at some point.

08But either way. Watching. They should only show it in movie theaters. Yeah. Conan was great. What I got home. I did see. I did notice this. Maybe I shouldn't be doing this. But as I was driving home, you could see, like people always have the big TV in the front picture window. And they were alive. People watched the Oscars. It's a massive draw. Yep. Every people watching them. That's it for limelikes. Outstanding is always coming up at 820 this morning. Darryl Ryder. Should I tear up my quarterback draft sheet that I just made. And whether or not I should be panicking about the Cleveland Cavaliers, the way that some of the collars didn't want to ask Darryl about that coming up at 820. But it's the first big step for the quarterback of the Browns this fall. Whatever that may be. Ken Garmin, Anthony Lyman. Take us with you to work on that free, honestly.
