This base isn't just a local spot, it's the nerve center for U.S. Central Command and U.S. Special Operations Command, protecting the whole country. From right in our backyard, earlier this week, the Lightning celebrated McDill's 85th birthday by honoring the airmen, their teams, and families who keep the mission, rowing day in and day out. They stepped up even more with a $50,000 grand handed straight to team McDill to fuel their vital work.
