Glossary

Synchronization Licensing: Music licensed for audio-visual production - ex: film, shows, etc.

On-chain: transactions that occur on a blockchain that is reflected on the distributed, public ledger.

Fork: whenever a community makes a change to the blockchain protocol or basic set of rules.

IPFS: (InterPlanetary File System) is a decentralized, peer-to-peer file storage and sharing system. It allows for the storage and sharing of large files and data across a distributed network of nodes, making it more resistant to censorship and more efficient than traditional centralized file storage systems.
