It's important to study history and learn from the experiences.
The Great Depression, a challenging period in history, offers several lessons that can be applied to prepping.
This first segment is more about the hard times we may come to face, not about surviving some great apocalyptic event leaving us grid down for an extended times.
The 2nd segment details my recent bout with strep throat and an upper respiratory infection, which caused me to ponder how I would have fared in a grid-down situation. Third segment is some how-to's on keeping food long-term in the freezer.
