Learn Cornish: BBC's New Podcast for Reviving Celtic Tongue

It's hosted by Radio One's Danny Distan, straight out of North Cornwall, alongside fluent speaker Sarah Buck, with guests like BAFTA Winning Director, Mark Jenkins. This comes a few months after Cornish, or Connoeck, snagged part three status under the European charter for minority languages, putting it on equal. Footing with Welsh, Irish, and Scottish Gaelic, that means the government now has to push it in schools and media. Distan says she grew up with just bits of dialect, but got hooked on the Celtic vibe during union cartif, spotting links like the untranslatable word.
