Lauren Mitchell is a licensed therapist and works with women, young adults, and families across the globe processing mental health challenges to thrive as the best versions of themselves. She specializes in working with women and expat families and helps with issues such as overcoming anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and grief, building confidence, managing transitions, and boundary setting.
When not counseling or teaching, Lauren enjoys time with her family as a mom of two under two, traveling, reading, writing, and performing on stage and screen.
