Even his own sound engineer tried to talk him out of releasing it, but LaRussell went ahead anyway. He says the point is simple, every person, good or bad, was created by God. There's quickly called out the lyrics, questioning what he really meant. LaRussell hid back online, urging people to focus on his actual message instead of jumping to conclusions. His mom, event McDonald stepped up with a rally in South Olayho on March 25 to show support. Amid the noise, some fans are sticking by him. Now LaRussell plans to step back from social media for a bit, to recharge and focus on his community, while still booking shows and pushing his music forward.
