0:00On April 29th, a London landlord just got hit with a 14,400-pound bill after a tribunal ruled she and her dad ran a nasty. Harassment scheme against their tenants. Goal Rosie Savage tried to boot the Mensa family from their four-bedroom rental on Empire Avenue in Camden without any court order all on June 21st, 2025. She bombarded the young accountant tenants with threats to trash their careers, fake claims of court judgements, and warnings to bosses and regulators. Then text about draining their deposit and bogus cannabis smells to force them out by 2pm. Things escalated when her father showed up demanding keys, shoving at the door while a tenant blocked it, yelling threats about bringing 10 people. Cops had to step in, and the family, already vulnerable from years in temp housing, felt straight up terrorized. Savage even tanked their shot at a new place by lying to the next landlord about spotty rent payments. As out, her push stemmed from money woes and a messy divorce.

1:01The tribunal nailed them for violence to gain entry, unlawful eviction, and harassment calling it top tier serious. She owes half the rent from 12 months plus 341 pounds in fees by June 30th, 2026, but the house sat empty and got bank repossessed in September anyway.
