You have to work at it. There are always things that you can do to improve. And as long as that doesn't cause any unhealthy obsessions with your flaws and negative self-talk that can come along with that, having a sense of improvement and a sense of progression and a sense of, I can do better than I'm currently doing, you will notice changes. Other people will notice changes about you as well and you will always have this sense of progress from one day to the next, from one year to the next.
