Labourer Jailed for Manslaughter

The next day, he drove around looking for a spot before bearing her in nearby woods. Miss Colson's family described her as deeply loved and always ready to help others, saying Durnian's actions robbed them of a cherished daughter and mother. The judge highlighted how he treated her with complete disregard, even after her death, using petrol to burn evidence and stuffing her into a suitcase.
