Couple of constant storylines on the show is Kyle losing things and Kyle having car problems. Hey, I am a hot mess, that's for sure. What's the latest? Well guys remember, I think it was like last year, it was approaching summertime, and my air conditioning started to go out, and I was freaking out, ended up bringing my car in, I had to get a new radiator. Yeah, and that sucked. And, but I think, okay, now that I've replaced that, I should be good for a while, no props. Well, I'm driving around yesterday, and a notification pops up on my app for my car, and it says, radiator inspection recommended. And I'm like, hmm, and then it says, onboard diagnostics have detected poor airflow from your radiator. If not addressed, you may experience reduced climate control features, and I'm like, what keeps? I just replaced this thing. So now, I've always been skeptical of car stuff, like quite honestly,
26like every car dealership, every car place that fixes things, I feel like I get taken advantage of, because they see me walking, and they clearly know, I don't know what I'm talking about. So now, and like, well, so like, do I get it checked out, or do I just wait until I start having climate control features, but I don't want that, but I also don't want to pay to go in for them to be like, oh yeah, we just do, like, do nothing, you know? But you have a Tesla. Do they have a place for Teslas? I thought there was something weird about that. I thought they came to you or something like that. I think you can schedule an at home visit, or they also, like, some problems have to be fixed in their shops. See, that's another reason I like electric cars, because I have a gas car, and there's never radiator problems, you never hear about radiator problems, gas cars. What are you talking about? It does happen, it does happen. It happens, yeah. Anyway, so now I'm annoyed, because, you know, like, summer's going to come real fast. Like, it's already like 90 degrees here, basically. So if my air conditioning starts scrapping up, because of the radiator again. How have you had this car? Three years. You know, the car I'm driving right now is the longest I've ever had a car in my entire life.
28Yeah, you know, you switch them out a little faster. Yeah, four years, and it's got to love it. It just, it just works great. And then my wife's like, how much do you think your car is? How many miles do you have in your car? I don't know. She used to look, and I look, I don't know how to tell. I don't know how she's like, right there. No, it's not. It's not right there. You got to find buttons to find to have to pop up and out. The car's got so much tech and I've sat it with him and I'm like, he doesn't know how to do anything. I know. Every time you start the car, my screen pops up when I have to put a password in, and I don't know what the password is. And so I have to X out of it. And I feel that if I put the password in, it'll update my navigation the right way, but it doesn't. So whenever I do use navigation, it's always complicated because I feel so much is changing for years. You know? Oh, sure. I mean, around here, all the roads have changed. Right. I'll take, I'll do maps and then this happened with you in maps, pain, I mean maps, apple maps. I thought you said the most bizarre thing happened to me this morning. I totally forgot about that. So this morning before I had even left to go to work, my apple maps told me to take the 10 and not to take the 101 to the two to, which I usually do.
32I know when it alerted me like before it saved me like seven minutes on my job, you better listen to that. I was driving and taking the 10. I was like, man, Kyle really does know best because she told me about a year ago to take the 10 to work. Yeah. And it's so much easier tomorrow, yeah, like from now on, no matter what, yeah, it's like less merging and getting over and there's more lanes and less cars. It's great. There's just so much construction right now on the 202 that it's like such a pain. Yeah, you it's dangerous because the lane shut down and you'll ski like some truck betterland down. That just happened to me the other day. I was diet on the way to work. I have to tell you there was actually a kid at my kid's school that passed away in an accident. Like right, we're the 101 and the 202. It's just right here. It's it's insanely sad like devastating. Well, Peyton, there's a text here. I'm trying to find it, but it was talking about your remember how you're talking about your orang and your feel it was just saying that you're in the red. Yeah, it was like saying that I have a major signs and symptoms of something coming up. What happened to her and she found out she was pregnant. Get out. Yeah. Oh my gosh.
32So like you guys know how could even I are still up and like talks about if we're going to go get married over the weekend. Yeah. Well, I texted my friends. They're free like pop up to Vegas. It'll be fun. We're just going to like just have a tie. Yeah. Like who cares? And the first thing my friend texted back, she was like, so are you pregnant? And I was like, this is not a shotgun. What? No, the whole thing. It's 24. This is a whole. Like it's going to be awesome. I'm not pregnant. So what else is going on? The medically. Oh my gosh. The weirdest thing. I think I seriously done my stuff. So I woke up in the middle of the night with a headache and you guys know how I was just in New Orleans just a couple of weeks ago and I haven't really like unpacked all my toiletries. So my ibuprofen and my energy supplements are in like the same bag and container and I'm like 95%. I actually took one of my energy supplements at like midnight when I met to take an ibuprofen and I mixed them in. I literally was tossing and turning all night. And I was like, I feel like heart's racing like I felt like jacked up and I was like, I'm pretty sure. Oh yeah. You did. What's in those? I don't know. Rich, you gave them to me. They're actually your energy supplements.
33What? I don't know. They're like, I don't know. They're like the, the insinuic. I don't know what they're called. But they're great. Can you tell that they're saying that I'd be profan, like when they're, are they asleep? Are they containers? Those are vitamin B. Those are, that's like B12. Yeah. I did. I was jacked up. No, I had for when I went to New Orleans, I had like a bunch of the vitamin supplements and ibuprofen like in its own little container together. So they're like mixed in. Oh, right. So I think I just like. Oh, yeah. You told me. And I'm like, you know what I started doing. So I'm very, I'm trying to do every biohacker I talk to, every doctor I talk to, they talk about sleep being the most important thing. And in our jobs, we don't get a lot of sleep. So I try to do early. I can't maximize my sleep. And fortunately, we have a fun life. So there's things that we do that are stay up late like the sun's games, right? So I go to the Phoenix suns, played seven or to play eight o'clock at night. I go to, I got season tickets. So I got to, I go to these games. What I started doing in my wife is frantic is now when I go to the games I take with me. I take these two powders. I take the sleep and then I take met a mussel and then I take melatonin pills.
37And I put them all in the bag and put them in my pocket around seven thirty when I'm at the game. I start mixing them in the not be denied a good night. I'm sitting there at the game and I mix my met a mussel and she's like, oh my god. You're like, half the ball. All the courtside baddies are getting another one. Exactly. They're getting more than enough. I post a cell of pictures in there. I'm sitting there in the sun's game with my met a mussel. I got magnesium in there too. I got the magnesium drink. I can't wear it. It's called like snooze or something. It helps you sleep. And then I take my melatonin and I take the other magnesium pills and they rush them in there. Is it called calm? No, calm does bad things to me. It's called snooze. It's really good. And there's a company here. Yeah. There's a different type of magnesium. Like there's one for sleep. There's one for. Well, this one has a name like sleeping, but it's called snooze and it's a company here called jigsaw. And they make it. And anyway, I love it and they have travel packs. And then I take, I found a travel pack of olive oil. So you have this little triangle packet of olive oil and I drink that every night too.
38Right. It's supposed to be good for you. Olive oil? Yeah. Olive oil ice cream. I'm so fire right now. Anyway, this is a fun life hatch. We're all over the board. Kyle's car. Pink's pills. Doesn't ADHD break for sure. Yeah, ADHD. It's just in rich. No one knows what the future holds, but you deserve a weather app that can help. I want to take a second to talk about something that's personal to me. I've had the privilege of working closely with Robert Kraft for a long time. And one thing I've always respected is how seriously he takes up standing up to hate.
40As a Jewish athlete, my identity is something I am proud of. But I also know what it feels like to be singled out for it. That's why this new commercial for the Blue Square Alliance against hate that aired during the big game really hit home. It's about showing up for someone when they're targeted, even if you don't have the perfect words. And sometimes standing next to someone is enough. And you can show support by sharing the Blue Square. Whether it's slots or live dealers, SpinQuest.com has the fun and action you're looking for.
