Bregman shared the heartwarming story this week, highlighting how the unlikely duo quickly

became best buddies, despite playing for rival teams.

It all started at the Astro Spring Training Facility in Arizona.

Knox was shyly swinging a wiffle bet when Crow Armstrong stepped in to pitch to him.

They play for a full half hour, helping Knox open up with his impressive leg kick swing.

Later, on a flight with Team USA to the World Baseball Classic, Knox lit up at the sight

of his new friend on board.

The pair goofed around together, and Sue Knox was chatting with all the baseball stars on

the plane.
