Knife Rampage in Edinburgh, Suspect Barricaded

He stabbed two people, including a council worker, and both were taken to Edinburgh Royal and Firmary for treatment. He also broke into a nearby mini-supermarket, trashing the place before fleeing toward a tower block. I witness his spotted him with blood on his hands, and weapons as he moved through the neighborhood. Parents in the area panicked during school drop-offs, rushing kids into cars for safety. Local schools and nurseries locked down quickly, keeping everyone inside until the all clear. Now the suspect, a man in his late 30s, is barricaded on the 11th floor of a high-rise flat. Armed police surround the building, and he's been seen looking out the window at officers below.
