00Imagine a customer support system that doesn't just wrote tickets, but actively fixes the problem without a human ever touching it. That is the dream for a lot of companies, honestly. Totally. I mean, as always, I'm currently looking at the AIagentstore.ai website page to see what kind of insights they have today. And we are exploring Kisflow, Agentec Workflow Automation. Yeah, this is a really fascinating topic. It is. Our mission today is to figure out how business ops are moving from rigid, deterministic rules to actual autonomous thinking systems. Which is a massive shift in how we handle processes. Right. So if traditional automation is like a train stuck on a fixed track, like it only goes exactly where the rails are laid, is this agentec approach more like a GPS, like actively recalculating when it hits traffic? Well, GPS is a good starting point, but it's actually more proactive than that. Wait, more proactive how? Because the GPS just finds another pre-existing road. Right. What Kisflow does, which they call dynamic path creation, is more like a master chef.
02A chef. OK, how does that work? Think about a line cook. If they run out of salt, the recipe fails, because they only know the rigid steps. Right, they just get stuck. Exactly. But an agentec system acts like the master chef. It knows the underlying goal is flavor. So it just substitutes a dash of soy sauce on the fly. Oh, I see. It adapts to the situation. Yeah. Instead of just triggering pre-programmed scripts, the AI agent uses a large language model to actually understand the intent by the process. And then it maps that to your IT architecture. Yes. And dynamically writes the necessary actions to achieve the outcome. OK, so we aren't just talking about a smart routing system here. If we look at their support ticket example, how is it actually executing this under the hood? Mechanically, it is really incredible. When a user submits a ticket, the agent parses a natural language intent. But it doesn't just alert a human to fix it? No, not at all. It dynamically generates API calls. It queries your identity management system
02to verify the user. Wow, it does that itself. Yeah, checks their access history, spots a permission conflict, and then coordinates directly with the IT system to validate a fix. And deploys it. Deploys it and updates the customer, all completely seamlessly without manual human handoffs. OK, wait. Having an autonomous agent dynamically write its own API calls to an identity system sounds like a massive security headache. Oh, absolutely. I mean, if you were just downloading some open source framework to run on a laptop, that sounds risky. Is that why it's structured the way it is? That security aspect is exactly why this is built as a closed source system. It's embedded directly within KISSFLOW's broader enterprise low-code platform. Oh, got it. So it's heavily locked down. Right. Because of the scale and security required, you won't even find a public price tag for this. You have to contact them directly. So who is this actually for them? It's orders purpose-built for IT and operations managers in highly regulated complex industries.
03Think health care, retail, and financial services. Places that really can't afford to make mistakes. Exactly. These are sectors where leaders need to clear massive operational backlogs and drive digital transformation safely without compromising their architecture. So it is who's these for leaders looking to move their enterprise from deterministic if this then that rules to secure self-learning automation? Yep, that is exactly it. That makes a lot of sense for anyone managing complex processes. It does. And whether you're managing those operations or you're just paying attention to the future of work, recognizing this shift toward contextual automation is crucial for staying ahead in any industry. Definitely. But it raises a fundamental question for you to think about. As autonomous agents increasingly take over this complex multi-step decision-making, what happens to the human skill of operational problem solving? Right. If the machine handles all the roadblocks and automatically recalculates the route. Do we risk losing our edge? Or does this simply free us up to solve much larger strategic problems?
05That is a massive question about what human intelligence is actually best utilized for. It really is. But we want to keep today's conversation as short as possible. So we will leave you to ponder that one. Make sure to visit the link, AIagentstore.ai, to see the page we were looking at today. Highly recommend checking it out. Thank you so much for reading the podcast. We sincerely appreciate it. See you next time.
