I mean, the fenders were hanging, and I hit that, and then the tailgate. I forgot to put it down when I pulled out, so I had been, and I was really about to see it, and I dropped the tire.

1:03I guess it hit it, too. It was too low, because I couldn't back it up, and I got lost and came in, and the police officer backed with up and helped me. So, I was never driven in, so I was just seeing able body man, and he couldn't maybe help me. And then, so he did, he got me, like, fixed. You know, he, like, screwed things, and then I found out that I had put two new batteries in it, and it was reverse polarity, which, so I just told the kids, we'll have fun with it, if it says on, it's off, if it's off, it's down, if it's in, it's out. And that actually got dangerous, because it was blowing fuses and stuff, and then, so he was in the same park. So, again, I started to call on him, and we got closer, and I never thought anything of it, like, what now I see has happened. He really likes me, and I don't like him like that. So, I mean, not a way it occurred to me, and this is in retrospect, now I can see, because I just had to pull myself to the beginning of where I met him, because it's gone by so fast.

2:11It's gone, but it seems like something. Really bad, didn't get a kiss. She used you... Oh, yeah, get the job done. I'm not going to bother you, man. Get the job done, and then... Yeah, I'm done with that. I mean, he said, man, take a shot. She said, don't look, and do what she was doing. But cold, you got to tell you, if you speak to her, she's cold. She's... she's gone. I get it to you. If you don't put a polygraph on her, you're never going to get the truth out of her. Well, you know, we're going to do everything we can. I shouldn't say we... First of all, it's going to do everything we can. I hope they put her in there and drill the hell out of her. I said, they're going to... They will shake and get the money. Like I said, once, like I was telling you about my other case.

3:14The minute I got the case, the minute we had any suspicion that the wife and the husband were involved, the insurance company. The insurance company and said she is a person of interest in this case. Oh, yeah. What's he always... As they do that, the insurance company goes back. You like it? She already withdrawed 90 grand out of his account. Out of his checking. And took it and paid all per house. You see, there were six times he called 911 in like five weeks. So if I get one of the emergency calls, he went to the hospital, confused with another one, because right now I don't know the timeline. I don't know if it was the third time he tried to OD, I believe, or the second time, see what I mean, or if it was the four. But this started happening every week. So then these... I'm reaching out for help. I'm like asking, maybe he needs to go back to a place.

4:16Because what the killed children are seeing at this level. What he's saying. And then just say two. So I was desperate. And I'm talking to my dad. And he's like, call Chuck, you know, he'll do anything. He's like your bro, he's family now. Call Chuck. And I didn't want to, because I know he did express some feelings for me and it did make me uncomfortable. So I really hesitated to call him, because I didn't want to lead him on. You know, oh, wait till my husband dies like thing, you know. Be just you and me, old man. You know, how crazy. I mean, I watch sons of Anarchy. I haven't seen that yet, but I'm pretty good. Well, I'm so far behind. I mean, who knows? By the time I watch it, it's already the end of the season and I miss it in the surface range. But anyway. And so he was the last person on Earth I honestly wanted to call, because I didn't want to lead him on after he was frank with his,

5:19you know, his wife just divorced him. This isn't a good situation anymore. He's not a married man and all that. So that he did. I call him and I said, can you come help? David's out of control. And he's to the point where he hurts us and stuff, you know. And it's just so extremely difficult. And I so after increasing the caregivers hour to 2,400. And then we're living off the other 1,200. We're not making it. Bills aren't being paid. I can't get David to let me out. I guess like in August or something. Because she had hired a lawyer and everything. She had a pawn in her brains. And I guess she had to put the title in and her car and everything. What was he still, you know, he said that, you know, when he got married, you know, she quit her job and he was like, yeah, you get 8,000 a month. Did he, like, cut her off of the money? Yeah. So when he filed for separation, it was like he wasn't giving her money anymore.

6:21It was getting $1200 a month and that was for a kid so security. She wasn't getting nothing now. What did she money for? I mean, he pays the bills. Yeah, he paid all the bills on a Mac and pay. He pays the bills by the food. Yeah. But that's the thing. She had to buy the food, you know. But she didn't have to do that. You know, buy the food and buy your gas for her. So whether like she, so basically she just didn't have spending money. Right. And that's why she used me. Just let him stack up and I just, that's the least of my problems. I have kids that are being emotionally and physically abused by him and verbally assaulted by him. And we're not any of us getting sleep because we had to move out of the room down there so we're all in doing the family room now because Chuck has that room. And he's just got really worse than... So Chuck came like just those last couple days, I guess, is when...

7:21All of a sudden it's like a dial. He was more quiet at night when he did night shift. I didn't hear the banging anymore or I just slept so hard finally because I could sleep for more than three or four hours at time. I felt like a nursing mom. Everyone asked me and I'm like, you know that feeling when you're nursing? And you're really tired. That's how it feels, but call the doctor. You know what, you know, you just get used to it. You just do, you just go... Longest day of my life and then the car didn't start and then the kids are hungry and I got home and I just tired and I got this phone call from someone saying that that we're from Biological Resource Center and that's who we have. David's behind him right now. I think, I don't know anymore because then they said they sent it back and they can tell he's been strangled and that's strangled. Are you infixiated or something? And so he described it to me, that's a lack of oxygen. So now he's telling me, didn't die of natural causes.

8:21He heard it. And I know anything. And so I was shocked too. So we both kind of didn't feel good. So we started calling in early night and I put her to bed. And I was sleeping with me and I didn't feel good either but still. And then this other phone call from the same people came in and get into Biological Resource Center and the guy said, you can make all this go away. You just... And I'm like, well, I don't know what you're talking about because I don't. What do you mean? How does it go away? It has to be proper. How are you handling this body and I'm getting upset and giving you a thing? It's going on. And then he asked for money. So I don't know what to do. He said, well, I'll go away and you know, for what? And I said, no, I don't know what. And he said, just money. We just want money.

9:21So I just said, I'm hanging up now and hung up. And then they have bail me. We were contacted by... I'm a investigator down there in Phoenix. Who's contacted about that Biological Services? And they did see evidence consistent with an asphyxiation. Asphyxiation, it's called. Yeah, like a lack of oxygen being caused for death appears to be an unnatural death. An unnatural death. So he was affixiated. It was strangled. Not strangled. What? So there was an impaired strangulation. It appears to be asphyxiation, like smothered. 11:22And we were fine. We just needed help. So I don't know why he would have done that. If he did, he's the only one in my house. That would have done it unless Angel did it. But one on Wednesdays. David always freaked out on Wednesdays. Remember Wednesday was a weird day. For six weeks on a Wednesday in a row is when he would call 911. She goes, I'm thinking about putting them asleep. That's right. Okay. You know, and then she told me the story. She goes, she goes chat to see. His body is going to be donated to biological services and phoenix. Because of his high IQ. And she said, there won't be no autopsy. And she goes, what do you think I can do? And I said, well, I said, you can probably suck.

12:23And she goes, how do I do that? And I said, well, I said, let me think about this. This is Thursday night. This is Thursday night. She's smoking. So anyway, I thought about it for a while. I said, well, you know, it's it. I can show you. You know, I will assist with you. Coming into this, I could have been more proactive. He wouldn't take those drugs. And then Sam said, just take them off everything. But he wouldn't take them anyway by that point. So what do you do? You can't keep forcing the eye to do in them. So he think he's at least suffigated. I'm not a doctor. I told you early on, I'm not a medical person. I mean, I had pretty general knowledge of medical stuff. Well, I liked it. He just died peacefully.

13:24Of course. Please. No, you're saying he didn't? I'm not saying he didn't die peacefully. I'm just saying he didn't die naturally. To me, it sounds like he didn't really want to... No, he asked for guns a lot. He was trying to figure out how to kill himself. I know, he was. And when he locked himself in the office, I knew he was in that mode. Just when you're saying he overdosed? This is probably another night. One or the other, six or seven episodes. But every night was like that. They just didn't all end up in the R. But every night was pretty much the same play out. It's just you just a different role. Today, I would be his wife. And then tomorrow, I wouldn't be. And he'd complain to me about his wife. Yeah. So... David, two or three, we'd check on him. Yeah.

14:24So when he was in the office, I was scared because there's... He has the exacto blade cutting knife for architectural, for CAD drawings and stuff. So, you know, it's a little kit. You open it up and it has all the little blades. What a scalpel. Right. Yeah, they look like that. They're all different shapes. And so I thought, oh my God, we got to get him out there because they forgot that. I think what time would he come in the morning? He would come about eight o'clock. Oh, so he's there? Yeah. I don't hate pretty much. So anyway, you know, we go in and help him and everything. And he keeps... At this time, he's just looking up and out. He's just like... You know, all of a sudden he's calmed down now. He's loading him with sleeping pills and stuff. And then, other times, he gets really violent. And it seems like it's always that night time. He's got one bright arm and it's just... Everything else doesn't work.

15:24But it's very hard. It's just strong. I mean, I got marks from the... Grabbing me and pinching me and stuff. So anyway. Can he talk? No. Well, he tries sometimes. He'll talk for a little bit. And then, all of a sudden, he'll go out of space and say, I don't know what... Just come on. Yeah. He can't believe it. Well, he wasn't there. Right. So... Wow. You're saying someone... Suffocated him? Strangled him. Well, they didn't say Strangled. They said something... Suffocated. Because there's specific things they notice. Well, why would they call me and ask me for money? Because he said... That's new to me. I'm in a position. He said to either send the body back to the first place. And I forgot what it was called. That place... They go... Did he go in there? Because he said no. The body never went there. It came to me. And he took the identity that he has the body. He has...

16:24My husband's body. And if I give him enough money or something, this will all go away. So that's new to me. My understanding was that they contacted police at the biomedical... I'm sorry, I don't want to name off the top. It's on my phone. No, I know I can get the information. I just mean... But my understanding is they contacted Phoenix Police Department or whatever... Do they know we don't have money? Where they think we cash the life insurance to pay for care? Where do they think I have money? Everyone thinks the widow is going to have all this money. Really? Do they not know what medical bills are caused? For years of this. We have no money. Why would they think I even have that kind of money? To do pay off anybody for anything? I don't know. I don't know. That's new to me. Who is this? I'll find out.

17:24I can find out my child. You see who discovered it? I should have known the name like Zen. You said his name was Zen. Isn't that the guy on thing one and thing two? And then there's Zen? The guy on the head? Dr. Seuss. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know. The Zen. You know where those little guys in there get hair cut every day by the time their mind and it grows again. And then they cut again. I remember thing one thing too. Yeah, thing one and thing two. Okay, that's it. Actor? No, she did it like two or three weeks ago. She told me. Because I went to a bank with her yesterday. And she found out yesterday that when she gets these checks with his name on it, she won't be able to catch him because she caused his account. Yeah, you said before that he was real controlling with money. That's the point where he couldn't even control it anymore now. No, he always could control it. Even like three weeks ago when he probably had it with the function

18:24of the one hand. He had people come in and set up his computers where he'd monitor the phone calls or text, email. I mean, this guy was a genius. His brother, he volunteered. Our first caregiver was named Lou, told his brother who said he was a CPA and that he could help us for like little and no money. So we had him come in and I liked him. And then I started having problems with him. He had alcohol on his breath a couple times. I addressed it to David. David said, don't worry about it. And he was a recently married man. And then when I met his wife at the school orientation, that was about the time that David had just left to go to the care home the first time.

19:27And then when I came back, I, the Lou had signed medical power of attorney to him, saying that I wouldn't do his wishes. But Lou said I was having affairs to him when I left. So that David signed power of attorney to him. To Lou. Yeah. Because Lou had wanted his truck in the camper. Because he made it very clear. He would work for the camper of the truck. Yeah. And before I, so it just upset me so much, I empowered myself to drive it. Like, you can't sell this because we're saving it. I mean, David could get better. That's why we didn't sell it at first. You know, because he's going to need his truck. You know, don't take his truck. Anyway, she, you know, we were just getting together. You know, the next thing I know, we're kind of having a affair.

20:27I mean, where are we going? Oh, God. And I'm there. She's married. She's got a husband that's dying. And I don't know about this. So, let me ask her. She's up here standing in the RV park. Right. Right. Is her husband with her husband's back? No. Her husband's back in Prescott. And now, hospice hospital. And your wife is here. In Washington. She's back in Washington. So, you know, either. So, how long was she staying up here at this RV park? A week. Okay. And so, in this week time, you know, we got pretty friendly. And, you know, her husband had sex and, you know, a few years. Right. And the teacher just came right out. And that, and he said, hey, you know, I'm harder than hell. Right. You know, I can't get laid back, but let's know what the hell I go for. Right. You know, I'll see what happens here. I did the best I could. And now, his woman just takes everything and invades.

21:29Well, he's upset. And I was saying you didn't do the best you could. No, but he's suffered. I cared for him so I didn't suffer. I don't know if he suffered. I don't. And I'm not saying that. I'm not saying he passed a man called for a way. Oh. I'm not saying that. I'm just saying. What? He's not a period whose cause of death was a natural cause. Well, he was. Doesn't appear to be natural to anybody. Everything. I'm not a doctor. I'm not waiting on that. I'm not either. I mean, when you have bells coming out your mouth, I don't know. That didn't look too normal to me. You don't. Can you tell me more about Chuck? Like, where's the park? You kind of met him out there first. Um. Cause I always didn't like to talk to him too. Well, after today, I think he's. He's incarcerated. I left the card and start. Um, I got going and then, but when they came and said, do you want to.

22:31They didn't ask me if I want to press charges or anything. They just said, fill out this report. And I did. Well, what happened? He tried to run us off the road. Is all I could see. I ran out of somebody. If that happens, you always see if they want to press charges. You know, I'm surprised I didn't ask. Well, they took him because I think he was. I heard strangulation. Yeah, before they separated him, he said, I strangle somebody. So then I was like, what's going on? He said he strangled somebody. Yeah. And I think he said he strangled David. Did he? You see that earlier? That's kind of. Well, because that's why I was wondering why he killed David. He killed David or is he saying, I strangle David? I don't know. Unless to know any of this. Unless to know that the breaks are cut. That this is happening. This is happening. Now someone wants some money. You mean, maybe more specifically, like a play by play. If one happened, we jumped.

We had a guy pushing us and Walmart hit our cart. And I will never do the black friday thing again. Because it's the last Christian. I mean, people are me. Oh, yeah. Yeah. They knocked over this whole thing at DVDs and targeted a couple of years

25:37when I tried the black friday thing. And then I waited in front of the discount on the camera deal. So you had to be the one of the first ones. And as soon as they opened the doors, everyone cuts in. Right. So it was the whole point. We froze. It was four in the morning. You know, they're freezing. It was, oh, never again. Yeah. Yeah. You know, it takes a while to learn. Well, yeah. Yeah. You can't learn to do something. Anything to go out of the house. Yeah. Really. No, just it was not a good place to be. The people's attitudes. Like, they forget what's the purpose of Christmas. There's no Jesus here at all. No. Yeah. I mean, I think in the Christmas season, it's pretty well for God. So just if I can get more details, they'll like, he got in on Tuesday. Yeah. You guys set up the camper or stuff. He didn't want to stay in it. Right. So we had to, so he and Angel went back out the next day. And I guess, closed it all up and stuff.

26:37We had to. It wasn't closing up very well because it got hit. Right. Hit a few stuff signs. My taxes paid for them. That's right. But anyway, I guess it took two people. So we took Angel with them to close it up. The one slide out has to be lifted and pushed. To be pushed in. Yeah. And so you said he was doing care for David. Like, when would he do care for David? Well, we had to teach him because he didn't know what to do. You and Angel better. Yeah. And then even I think maybe Ron, he did a shift with Ron. And Ron works that last front. Pictures of the little guy. He was like, this guy just beat him up. Daylights, I don't know. You know, we'd like to blue marks. You call the police. Prescott police parent came up. And, uh, anyway, they forgot to give him his rights. So we got out of it. So the next thing she tells me is.

27:39Yeah. Then he took Angel and pulled her down the stairs. And twisted her ankle. Now, is this recent? But you said it isn't just, but you said he was through the kid just how does he know? He's. She had to follow this for a while. Yeah. And she told the police at every time. And so there's police reports of both of them. All right. And we told him that my dad did pull him down the stairs. I fell down. That's what you told you? No. So the police. And her dad, David, are very close. They were always sitting together. And these two kids you got on. He had a heart in 40 IQ. That husband of dad. Then, um, because someone called the EPS. I know. Honestly, if we came out six times, it probably just. Our guy is probably forwarded on. Odds are pretty strong.

28:39Because he screams these things. Like we're hurting him. And I'm sure probably just odds are like a liability. And he's been screaming and we've been poisoning him for a long time. No, no. My point is though. If 60, you said we came out six times. Odds are pretty strong. Somebody forwarded one and reported another to EPS. No, but the guy said. The EPS has said what he came. And I was like, what? Please. Because he screams. I'm poisoning him all day long. I mean, please somebody realize. I'm not. Well, every time he went to the hospital, they did budgets. There's no one point. Right. So, that was just not true. Well, anyway, one who comes on Wednesdays has, um, knows Virginia. Who's the one that the guy at EPS don't protect a service said he was called. Someone in the hospital that was mandated. When he heard this, this, well, so Wands talking, you know,

29:40how they talk worse than why it is a sin. Because they can get out of control. Oh, and that's why I was mad at Chuck not long because when he came Wands for my birthday just to give me something. I thought it was more trouble than it was worth. And please don't. But he did. He showed up. Kissed me on the lips in my driveway. Chucked it? Yeah. I told my dad right away. I said, you know it. This is the last time I ever want to see him. But if I wasn't desperate, I would have never called him again. Because I knew I was playing with fire. I mean, I know the sky was, he told me about me. And I couldn't, but he promised he wouldn't do that again. And he promised he would keep everything separate. He's dying. What are you going to do? Why would I go? You know, he's sorry. You mean it? No, he's not. When my dad heard, I think it really upset. He never liked David very much. It's because he didn't understand our faith. He's not a person. He doesn't understand commitment.

30:41Oh my God, but it buried. He doesn't understand it. When did like the real David can I check out? I mean, when was it when you realize it was coming back? Oh. Yeah, that was hard. I kept it in denial after Angel said, you know, when I see him like this, they usually don't last long. So that was about even before Chuck came. Yeah. That week that the lady came out from, you know, the week before he died. Well, the election. He watched it. Angel watched. And we got growth. He watched the election with them all day Tuesday. He got really agitated. I mean, that spun him into David 3. And we lost David the rest of the night and stuff from that. Did David want to come back after the election? No, he never did. No, in fact, it got worse because he was there. We could talk about he would, you know, he would fight back with the election

31:41when like the East Coast vote came in. He would get upset. I mean, you could tell he was there. He came, I mean, you know, because the next morning I asked someone Wednesday, who won? And he said the same guy. So I knew he knew it was a lot of fun. Right. I'm doing this rich world. That house. I'm going to put it in there, obviously. Still? Well, yeah, I guess they're just getting wrapped up. But they want to be combination to the same thing. Nobody knows it. That's the thing. I guess what they said was if they don't have a combination, they have to actually seize the whole thing. Which one? I'm not sure. There's two. Okay. Where's the, what are the two? Um, ones in the bedroom closet. That's going to be embarrassing. It's personal stuff. I know. It's just, it's one of those things we're, we're ever going to believe once again, there has been a natural death. It's something we have to go through or everything.

32:41I'm sorry. I know this is uncomfortable. And I know it's going to be invasive. But it's something that we do have to go through. The one in the garage has the guns in it. And I don't know it. We, David forgot it. He couldn't even do it even a couple of months ago. Okay. And he was, and we had his cheat sheet. And he couldn't even do it with his cheat sheet. So we knew. Here's probably. Yeah. We'll have a go on the bedroom. What's the combination? Well, that one's mine. And that's just girls stuff. Like I said, it's, it's something we have to go through regardless. If we can't open up on scene, we're going to have to seize the safe and get somebody to open it for us. It's zero, two, two, four, zero. Zero, two, two, four, zero. And I'm sorry. Obviously everyone here's professional. Nobody's going to be. Well, there's the child doing that. And some of my men's. That's nobody's business. Like I said, that's not how they do that. And I apologize for having to do that. And then it should be medical.

33:42Oh, 41. Wow. When did he come down? I mean, you know, you made, you made, when did he start having the, the, the garrison at that hit? I think it was, uh, in, uh, 2009, I think she told me something like, uh, so shit, I dealt with it for three years before me. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Mr. Nase guy. Yeah. No one fitted it last year. Well, that's, uh, I say, I want to make sure to get all the bases covered, especially trying to get sent to you, as best as possible. And that's something that I said, talking with the detectives and they're trying to figure out how we can, you know. Yeah, I don't know. Yeah, I don't think you've got to let me hear her. From birth certificate missing from medical, from medical record, their social security card, I've called social security, and I don't know. I don't know what happened, but as a woman. So, I know angels, moms, not legal. And so I didn't know if maybe it's serious. On that part, I'm not going to worry about that quite so much now. Obviously, it's something we can report. Right. But other stuff was important papers went missing too. The medical power of attorney went missing for David. As far as life insurance stuff, does he have any other policies out there that somebody would try to reassign a beneficiary here? Oh, I don't know. You don't know if he has any existing life insurance policies that weren't yet?

35:44The only one I knew about was his work that he cashed half of it out. Cash that? Okay. And then the 401K. So there's only 200 left with 170 mortgage. So, there you go. He did the math. Yeah. We're going to be fine. Okay. So he had cashed on half the policy and then made donations and things for it and did the empirical trust and stuff like that. And then he still has the 401K and the other half of life insurance. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. He'd take the 401K too. He had 250,000 at the beginning of summer. No. No, there's nothing. Where did you go? Well, he had sunlight. When he gave me power of attorney, he said, I want you to take those monies.

36:45Increase his care to 2,400. So I did. So Angel went to the double shift. And then with the rest, pay off the mortgage so it's under 100. We both agreed and he had said that a long time ago.
