Having served as Patino's assistant for 10 years at Louisville and with the Boston Celtics, Willard painted a vivid picture of those tense practice sessions. He worked under Patino through four NCAA tournaments and a final four run in 2005. Willard's glory days came with plenty of pressure, but Willard says the fallout from defeats was on another level.
