A federal judge dismissed 10 of Blake Lively's 13 claims against him,

2:02including sexual harassment, defamation and conspiracy claims. But three of her claims are still moving forward, breach of contract retaliation and aiding and abetting retaliation. So Blake originally sued Justin late 2024. She accused him of sexual harassment while filming it is with us. And then claimed she suffered multiple financial losses, you know, from her potential acting roles and her hair care and boozy Betty drink lines, whatever. She says about $161 million is what she believes she lost because of the smear campaign that Justin and his team organized. Justin said, no, we didn't do any of that. sued Blake and Ryan for 400 million. But that, you know, ultimately got dismissed. So they tried to do a settlement in February. Didn't go anywhere. So now the judge, he issued like almost 200. It was a lot of pages yesterday that came out, but somebody thankfully not me read through them all. And basically he has dismissed

3:0410 of the claims because she was suing under this title seven civil rights act for federal, it's a federal law about sexual harassment, right? But this only protects employees, not independent contractors. And actors on movies are often treated as contractors because they're hired for a specific project. They're not like, okay, we're going to put you on this movie next year and employee know they're independent contractors. So because they sued under title seven, that's why they can't perceive with that. So it's really a technicality. They could be filed under not under title seven, maybe. Of course, team Blake is saying, this doesn't mean you didn't do it. They still say he did it. But they're going to move on with what they have, they have left. Team Blake said, for Blake, lightly, the greatest measure of justice is that the people and the playbook behind these coordinated digital attacks have been exposed and are already being held accountable by other women they've targeted. She looks forward to testifying it trial and continuing to shine a light on this vicious form of online
