It's April 20th. Welcome in. This is Canada News today, where local news meets AI. I'm Corey with the story. Heads up. Drivers in central Sanich the Keating Crossroad, Flyover Off-Ramp from the Northbound Patricia Bay Highway shuts down tonight for paving. That's from APM. Monday April 20th, 2026, until 5am, Tuesday, April 21st. This Flyover lets you exit safely without crossing fast traffic, and it just opened for northbound last summer, with the southbound on-ramp coming, online in January, northbound folks, detour via island view road, and build an extra time to avoid the hassle. More short closures could pop up to wrap the paving, with alerts on drive BC when they can. Part of a $76.8 million project wrapping up this spring, so smoother rides ahead once it's done.
