A 19-year-old Kansas State student named Jack Fleishaker took a bad fall from a second story window at the Sigma Chi fraternity house in. Manhattan, landing him in serious condition. He's a recent blue valley northwest high school grad, and this happened right around 3.15 a.m. on Saturday when things were probably winding. Down from the night before, Riley County Police got the call from medical help and rushed him straight to the hospital where he's been fighting through those injuries. No word yet on exactly what led to the fall, or any charges, but investigations are underway as they piece together the details. We'll stay on top of updates as Fleishaker recovers and more comes out from K-State. From your city, powered by AI, this is Kansas News Today. I'm Corey with The Story.
