Candy Burris and her husband Todd Tucker have finalized a settlement in their divorce after a custody battle. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, who's 49, and the 52-year-old producer split publicly four months ago following 11, years of marriage. The agreement came together on Wednesday, March 11, with court documents filed in Fulton County, Georgia. A judge has given them until Friday, March 20, to submit the final judgment, parenting plan, child support details, and related paperwork. Burris first shared the news back on November 21, 2025, explaining it was a tough call made after a lot of thought. She stressed her priority is staying peaceful, being a great mom, and co-parenting respectfully as they move into new chapters. The couple met while filming the fourth season of Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2011. Got engaged in January 2013, and married in April 2014.
