Entertainment Store is making news on March 12th. Casey Musgraves and Miranda Lambert have put their old few behind them with a new duet. The two country stars from small Texas towns clashed over 15 years ago when Musgraves wrote a song that ended up on Lambert's album. Now, they've teamed up for a track called Horses and Divorces on Musgraves upcoming record. The trouble started with Musgraves' tune, Mama's Broken Heart, meant to be her debut single. It got pitched to Lambert without Musgraves knowing and Lambert loved it enough to record it for her 2011 album for the record. That hit number one for Lambert. Musgraves bounced back strong by writing Mary Go-Round, which became her breakthrough single in 2012. She says going back to the drawing board worked out better for her style in the end. The two lost touch for years after that dust up. They reconnected recently when Musgraves spotted Lambert on horseback via Instagram, bonding over horses and their divorces, sparked the idea for their funny collaboration.

They hashed it out quickly and turned it into a full song. The duet appears on Musgraves' album middle of nowhere, du out May 1st. She sees their teamwork as a feel-good example of airing differences, sharing laughs, and moving on together. D&N is brought to you by our sponsor.
