What's your name? What's good for me? Days of six, eight, three, one, two, six, six, three. Any where you stay? Three 12, counting row 2900. Do you know how to drive a little tired of your car? I'm sorry. Texas, are you alright? Yes. How are... I appreciate you coming down. I know you probably. Got a lot of questions. Yeah. Well, let's all go in on all that stuff. Let's do a pre-sheets coming. That's right. You're not under arrest. You're not under arrest. You're not going to jail. Okay. You're not in custody. You're free of leave. You understand that? Okay. Okay. So, you said you were at work? Correct. Yes. Just left from work. 100 gets to work.
This is 636. Always morning. Okay. We want to sit down and talk to you about what's kind of going on. We're talking about male and the out there. Your daughter. That's correct. And you're married to what's your name? Melissa. Melissa. Melissa, I can tell you something. Tell me what's going on in Malyn's life. Well, the last thing to happen was a wife went to jail because she used a mallet against her husband and father whatever. Because who's husband and father? Malyn's husband? What's in there? J.R. Albert, Albert, Arza. Arza? And he's the dream, I guess? Yeah. J.R. Really? Yeah. Okay. And then that is Melney's husband. Yeah. They still married? Yeah. Okay. But they just filed for divorce because she was there one night
and you brought another girl over when she just moved back in. And then we had to, they were going to go pick up the stuff for whatever the next day. And then my husband said that J.R. and her dad just beating me up. Okay. Whatever. But she pulled a valid out of her truck or whatever. And then I get to sit in with it. So she got trouble for it. Who's just about to find it? Yeah. About what? Well, it's all in all of it. I don't know. They just don't ask the commotion. They'll decide to be in on coke and drinking. Oh, really? Yeah. And their husband mistook me. I was like, you need to test them because he's always doing coke. He just did a hair follicle last week and tested positive. Belled it? Yeah. This is junior. Mm-hmm. Okay. And so, what do you think of this incident? I think maybe too much of it. And I, I don't know, tell them we're roughly there. Yeah, I think it was around Halloween. Okay. There. How did this happen? Wherever.
In here town in the county? Yeah, I know. In town. The Lord is at the house. Somewhere where Melanie lives. Okay. Or wherever he lives. And she was living with him? Yeah. Okay. You know what part of town is there? It's up to Luke in the intercede. So, why did she go there again? To help Melanie get herself out. Okay. They agreed to it. But I guess when they got there, he said, no, you can't, whatever. I guess he pushed my wife twice. And if they started from there and some about he brought out a shower curtain, brought her through it at home. And she went to the truck after the second time that she was on the ground, I guess. She said, all three of them were on top of her JR girlfriend and dad. And yeah, whatever. That's when she got the mallet, whatever is equalized. She got in trouble because she picked up a mallet. Okay. What's your warrant? Melissa. Melissa, let's walk her along.
I went on a good trip at a jail, three days later, we were raised, we were swollen, she had not so long on her head. But I guess since he was bleeding from the mallet, whatever. But it's okay. Yeah. Figured out as... Sounds like just a few minutes. Yeah. And he was cussing up the cops and acting crazy, but he didn't go to jail. So they're just waiting for him to mess up. Rick has carved in or something like that. And so, have they already fought for a force when that happened? No, more recent. Yeah. Okay. That's more recent. So how has it been since that occurred? Since I fought in the divorce. No communication, I guess, or whatever. And you changed the kills together? How many kills do they have a son? And that's why she wants him to have hair follicles because he walks in a few indications. Two nights he'd be up late, or whatever. Doing coke, whatever. And she'd be asleep. And she'd have to get up to work. And he was supposed to take Brian to school
that said he all pissed off. He picked the kill. By his underwear, wherever he fell out of his underwear. That was the first time that he left him, but then went back to him, a couple months later. Where everybody... He's not to be trusted around Brian. Is this the only thing that he always wrote? Yeah. Holds right. Three, four. Where's he at now? With Natalie. He said she was born. Somewhere up, a martial sharp under a mirror apartment. What part is in there? I guess... A little district... A little more sharp. Somewhere west loop? West loop? Yeah. A hundred-way area? Down there. Okay. A martial sharp in the West loop. Who's she's staying with? herself. Oh, she got her off? Yes. Okay. You said Melissa didn't go to work today? No.
And why was that? Her friend just wanted to work for... What's her friend? Sure of line. She's her best friend. Oh. She gets on my nerves. Oh, well, they're about to... They'll come to me. Crystal. Okay. You know the last thing? Gonzalez, I think. I actually... Archivic. Archivic. I don't think she's very good. So she's getting married to the family? Plus, same as always. Yes, isn't it? A show. Archivic? Archivic? I don't know. Archivic? I'm bad at spelling. I wouldn't even try to guess that. That's a good name. That's a good name. I don't know if it's her dad's name,
but she's half... half Hispanic, half white. So you and him... You're at least 26? Yeah. What time you guys get up for that? Hi, 30. Can you even get 30 minutes to cross 10? It's 20 minutes, yeah. Then you drive. Those are early mornings. What time do you go to bed last night? My camera, remember. You have a late... I can't remember. I had a little too much green character experience. Catch you. Or you have to eat three. And then there's a thousand. Get your presents. So a thousand. All day? Yeah. The... Melissa and Melanie went to Emma a little for the Ada visit. Melissa's mom. What time they give me? She had a camera with a eight. Nine, maybe.
To Google? Melissa's mom. Oh, Melissa's mom. So Melanie's grandma? Yeah. What would you say? Two. Two. That's me. We're very, very busy, then. You can't holiday. It's a deal. It's just a holiday. And Melanie is just them. We go up there in the weekends. Oh, really? You know, go along with them. That is just weird. Did it? Don't you have that family? No. I guess the house is crowded. It's a small house. You were just the weekdays? Sometimes the weekends. Some weekends? Yeah. So we would never run call. Oh, really? Yeah, not very often. We get called in. Objectly, you're not called. Two, three days a week. Oh, really? I did 27 hours over time last two weeks. That's huge. Yeah. That's the devil's worth it. Do you know what it's all worth there? Right?
Yeah. The chick didn't look like it made a difference. Yeah. But that is a bummer. What car did they take? Her expedition. What are the cars you got that? My challenger and then she's they have a work band. What kind of band? She's got two or one 50's. And the other vehicles. Outbox truck. What do you keep those in? You have the where else? Where's the... What where? Right by flying days. We too when we turn right to come this way. Which I mean left is to the right. Okay. Don't bite your heart?
Yeah. Okay. How far down? Not very hard. So you used to be a bingo hall. But it's the where else behind it. Okay. So what do they do there? What do they do there? They deliver pharmacies. So does she own the cars? She ended up in the contractor. Yeah. And so she delivered us? How does she do three vehicles? That two aren't being used right now. Which ones? The box truck and the small hand. And they're still stored there? Yeah. Oh, you have three of them. I was working up in whatever way. And I went up in the hospital last year. We didn't have insurance. So I went back to work for the surgical take. Same insurance? Yeah. Heard about insurance. Yeah. And then gas prices went up and profits went down. So you own the pay gas too? Yeah. For that. You pay your own insurance gas. Everything. They just pay you. For a mile per little?
Yeah. Really? Yeah. She's got the longest. She's got the rock over there. Oh, really? I couldn't do that. But she was for it. Somebody's got to do it though, right? Somebody will drive through her battles every day. Yeah, that's how they make it. Being in the car that long is not. Not what I want to do. You said they got back last time at what time? I think year nine. I can't remember anything. In that? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And so the kids were with him. We're going to run. We'll see him with him. I mean, we're with him. And so was a melody journey. And it's a little blue car. I don't know if it's exactly. Or is that it? It's at the house. That's how it's? Yeah, well, yeah, I tell I was listed.
That's nice. You want to drive in the dark? Yeah. So my son took her home. Who's your son? Orion. Orion. Walker. Is it O apostrophe, Ryan? No, just Orion, not TV. So it's constellation. O-R-I-O-E. Oh, yeah, I got you. How was he? It's been right in front of you this entire time. The perfect sunny skies. 85 miles of wide open beaches all to yourself. 11 of the most charming waterfront towns you'll ever see. A hidden gem, uncrowded and ready to host your best vacation yet. It's been right in front of you this entire time. A leppened, charming waterfront town. A hidden gem, uncrowded and ready to host your best vacation yet. And all you have to do is beer slightly off I-95. Visit crystalcoastnc.com slashbookingnow. Yeah, I can't do the year. It's 25. Yeah. A box of milk? Why is the exact same one? No, it didn't turn to 25. What was the last time you seen that? No, it's not a bit. Christmas. Yeah. How long did he get here? Did he say he came by yesterday? Yeah. Into chameleon? Yeah. How did he say it all or just pick her? No, just pick her home. Pick her home? Did Melanie say the house? Grandma? Yeah. What did Melissa do with you guys? Did she go back? Nothing. I'm just there trying to get out of everything. Yeah.
Missed a yellow stone now. Yeah. Yeah, I'm going to go back. Sound? Yeah. It's more over the wait. Some other commercials and you watch it on the anyways. Yeah, it's. Yeah, that's a good sound. Three phones. Okay, anyone else been over the house? No, all the kids are there. There's everybody's there. I mean, kids, because that's Orion, Melanie, Desiree, Mia, Austin, Austin, are they all walkers? No, three of them aren't hers. Or two are hers, Melanie and Austin, and they're Orion, Mia and my oldest. I mean, So, it's really what's, what's Austin's last name? Hunter, Hunter, Austin, Hunter,
and then Mia, Walker. And Desiree? Yeah. Orpers? Yeah. Do you know Desiree too? Oh, it's two years ago. Which one is it? It means 18. She's 18? Yeah. What's her name? Okay, and Austin, is it her? I don't know, it's birthday, but I think it's 22, 22. 22. So, all the kids were over? Yeah. Do they have kids in their spouses? No. We're girlfriends and orphans. Yeah, we have five grandkids. I guess it's a full house. Yeah. Part of Christmas. Feasts and all that? Yeah. Turkey and Oh my gosh. Yeah. Good time? Oh yeah. No audience, why it's nothing? Yeah.
It's rare sometimes. You know what I mean? For families? No. I mean, the kids are there. We've never been over. Gotcha. Tell me again what you were doing last night? Just at the house. Did you ever leave it out? No. How long? No. Did you leave Saturday? I don't think so. How long do you get up Sunday? Which way? I knew. So if you're not working, you sleep late? Yeah. You stayed late, don't you? If you're not working? No. I don't think I was able to. Just have late Christmas nights? No, really. That's really rare. Why don't you sleep for late? Just catch up? Yeah. Well, I'll let you drink in and concentrate on something. Is that good? Is it good for you to go home and sleep?
Oh, yeah. Yeah, sleep problems? Yeah. And that pretty much knocks me out. Yeah. Yeah. You know, it was at that point, right? Yeah. And it just doesn't, doesn't think. Catch us if we're going to be 12. And then you just say, I got the house. Were they already gone by that point? No, they didn't say it. Saturday or Sunday? Sunday, the end of the afternoon. Okay. So they had already left or did they leave the house? No, I was. Yeah. So you won't go up? Yeah. I didn't take that off. And then you just say, I have your stuff. Yeah, I actually looked up before my wife. But on weekends, because she works 12, 16 hours a day. Yeah. Weekends, I sleep in and she sits there. And catch her. Did you do any projects? I didn't. I just cleaned up. Now we're trying to do an addition. Whatever. Because we live in a trailer. But now we have a 800 square foot addition. Where we do all our stuff, right? And stuff like that. Okay. Probably a big family group. Yeah. Let's do it.
Gotcha. Do you know what you drive your wife's expedition? Sometimes. What about the work that was within the lunchroom? No. It's been a while. Been a while. Gotcha. And you said those are the warehouse? Yeah. And what if I told you they weren't there? One of them wanted that to work out. Work out the warehouse. Well, there was at the house. A mock shop. But sometimes it's a people running out. Oh, yeah. The wars of that now. I don't know. Shoot no problem. Okay. So what's the last time that that happens? Right. And we should run out for one of the other. Whenever one of the other drivers strikes a vehicle, we're breaking on whatever they're running. Okay. And then the company. Yeah. Yeah.
Someone has any problems with those aren't drivers. Okay. But nobody part of it. Not part of it, you know. So why is it not that happens? I don't know. I'm asking you. Do you want to tell me about it? Okay. Um. So if I told you that we had you on camera at a couple of places yesterday, that's surprising. I don't remember. I said, I made a lot. Yeah. Okay. What's a lot for you? I read a poor glasses. I don't know. Okay. Orchard. I don't know if you have a morning. You have a morning. What's your choice? Um. Two glasses. Like, uh. It's just small glasses. Yeah. I got you. And then you take the medication. Yeah. How does that make you feel?
I'm tired. You're tired? Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That recent, we want to tell you the last month or two. What was that? I have to see this night. What? What's been going on? It's new. I just. No, every day. You know, stress, like work, family, money, you know, it's got everything. Come out. Yeah. Got you. My phone, jail. Oh. That's going to be a big issue. I imagine that's very, very stressful. Yeah. Of course it's. You know, pretty big stuff. Yeah. Not to mind. Yeah. And it's anything?
Or just kind of ideas. Mm. I was in high school. Pretty. I did a bit of other reasons. I'm kid to young. Yeah. Yeah. A lot of stress. Yeah. Stress will get to you. I'm my first year when I was 16. That's pretty early for. Yeah. Young mind. To handle. Yeah. It's going to grow quick. Yeah. Does that. Does it rain? Yes. Are you at first? Yeah. I'm sure. So when you get that, when you start drinking, when you get kind of. And your feelings are stressed out or. Kind of up to detach from what's going on. That guy just come home drinking. Give him a little bit of. Is that every day? Yeah. Yeah. Gotcha. The horse on waking up. No working. That's good. You don't let her miss anything. You don't have to worry. Yeah. Freaking systems. Yeah. Yeah. Catch her. For my understanding, well, this is Freaking systems that would work too. She doesn't have her miss.
No, she does. Whenever a friend wants to work. Catch her. She doesn't have to worry. Anyway, we're going to die off weekends. And so lately, to be like, I need to work. Okay. I gotcha. They just communicate with us that she's really consistent with work. Don't tell you that they were aware of that she missed. Well, it's time that she got arrested. She missed a couple days. Cause of that. Yeah. No, we're supposed to know. Now that her friend's been working for her. Yeah. She's not working for one of the other guys. GM or whatever. Yeah. She just kind of filled in. Yeah. Yeah. The crystal crystal. I gotcha. Yeah. So, it's a project. If we had gone camera, leaving the house. It's multiple places. No, we have. I don't remember. Have you. Have you been to J.R. a house before? Yeah. I did. Again. Okay. Did you go yesterday? Not at all.
What is the range of video? Video. I don't remember. Yeah. I think we picked it up last week. No, we're out. Gotcha. So people would quit bothering me for it. But because they were ruined the tires on it. Yeah. They were on the tires down there. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. They were on the tires down pretty quick. Heavy loads. Lots of miles. Heavy loads. Where I'm down pretty. Gotcha. And you were arrested a while back then, right? 32,000 years. Yeah. That's over the rest a couple times. Gotcha. So you know your fingerprints were on the floor. That place is.
So it's like wondering where you're fingerprints. At the house? Yeah. The wind dispersion. Can you tell us what happened? What are you talking about? No, I read the house. And J.R.S. I don't remember anything. Josh, I'm just going to fly. I don't know, I'm going to believe it. I understand, you know? I understand and having some... As long as we talk about. We'll have a J.R.S house. I don't remember anything. Do you... Are you where you were there? No. So, you were... So you were... That intoxicated, you don't... The call, the whole month? Mm-hmm. But at that time, Billy Melissa was wearing that back. Into the... I... I explained it.
It was right here and I didn't think I got that. It's been right in front of you this entire time. I don't fucking remember me being... Do you remember how you feel? Oh, it's ideas. I don't remember anything. I don't remember anything. I don't remember anything. I don't remember anything. I don't remember anything. It's got up to the door. Where's the van? The last track. Oh no. We had to go home somehow. Well, J.R.S. never heard of a mystery. I don't know. I remember them leaving, and of course, they started drinking. Now, how much did you drink yesterday? Yes. Glad to set up your glass. Is someone in the normal day going up on work?
Yeah. I can only have one or two, but a Sunday or Saturday. It's a nice Cuban. Just a child. I don't know. Was it just you and the house yesterday? Well, there we go. Okay. Do you remember leaving it? I don't remember you, J.R.S. How often do you get that way where you drink? Three, can't remember. Probably most weekends is why I wound up showing tired with a cute kiddie failure when we were drinking. Yeah. Who helped him? Oh, my God. That's what this horrible hope and you'll be a little bit filled in the black slayer.
I don't know. Because we can't say what happened for you. Because that makes sense. I don't want it. I don't know. I don't know. I can't remember you yet. I actually tried to give myself writing. I was fucking sn... As I normally do. Or do you know it? Is it helpful? No. Or did delay go for it? No. Okay. Good. And I was just upset in my way. Then. Why are you upset with me about it? No, we were just arguing. She just made me feel like shit. Just typical audience. Just the kind of the same arguments you normally have.
Or anything. No, just the same problems that we all have. We all have. Perth. Going over. Spend it too much. I'm going to buy this. I've got to give her money for gas. Or. Maybe you had any kind of flashbacks. Anything? Or any like dream like things that happen. Do you know what I mean? Do. Sometimes. She says it. I get into a black rake. We're arguing when I'm drinking. She left me a couple of times. Told her I quit. So much that he's physical. Not really too physical. Whatever. Like shaker.
No. I don't remember. I don't remember. She's like, you remember what you said to me last night? I was like, no, I don't. And I could for sure understand something like that. Just to what extent. But the whole trip is. With a lot of actions. A lot of time. So I'm not going to. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. So we need to remember. Where's the box? Good. I don't know. Did you take it back to the house? Was it at the house yesterday. Well, I think you have a member before they left. I don't remember, do you own any weapons?
I own a lot of weapons. Okay, four kind of weapons. I got a couple of ARs, 30 up sick for hunting. 22 a shotgun. 38. 38. I got a revolver. Yeah. And I said my own. Yeah, my wife owned two trees. Two, three eighties. But once she hadn't seen since she got arrested, she could go with the mallet. And the other one did a lock box. At the house? Yeah. Did she have the 380 out of the day? She got arrested? Yeah. She hadn't seen it since then, so I took it as evidence that day. Yeah, I'm guessing, because it gave her a person. It wasn't in there. Okay. But she wasn't allowed to have one for 90 days
and have a restraining order against her. You got a restraining order from that deal that happened? Yeah. Is there anybody else we can ask you? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Was Melissa with you? I don't know. You distinctly remember them getting home yesterday though? No. We told us earlier that they got home about eight or not. I don't remember. What time they got home? I don't know, but they told me on the way or what. So that's something pretty small, especially time. When you're drinking alcohol all the time, it's kind of relative. But hold your trips, especially when you're driving. If you're being asked to go to a river, it'd be hard to get around to that level.
So you drive it on large car. What are you doing? Josh, we need another trip. Josh, we need another trip. I don't want you to know, I promise. Do you have any injuries or anything? I don't know. Do you have bruising? That's grapes. Anything like that. I'm going to get it, like I said. I just got to my tour. Where are you wearing? Okay. I'm going to do work. Who better? Who better? Do you want to work together? Jane, I was dead.
Who's killed? I förs! HAAAA! Someone's waiting, this way. I don't know. Any reason you would go over there? No, I don't even fear. I don't even know. Maybe I'm gonna be done with this. He was there gonna be able to see right again. Who was mad at him? Who was mad at him? Who's Melanie May?
No. She's happy that he filled his hair follicle test. What about Melissa? She's still mad? No fighting? Being arrested all that? No. What about being your kids? No. Any other siblings or anything? No, nobody cares. No. Did you have your phone with you last night? Oh, fuck you. Did you have your phone with you this morning? Yeah. It's next to my bedroom. What kind of phone do you have? Is that Android Apple? Apple? Would you mind if I took a look at it? You said you'd think you have, you had it with you? I don't know.
What this is, is a consent to search for you. You're okay. I'll take a look at it. You're okay? Yeah. Right there. Go just sign it and get the X. That's okay. What's the passcode? The 660 is over 30. Who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Oh
To your text and people that's not around 9 You're texting me at 19 Sorry she texted you That's Want to talk to you I think it's important to know I need to take a look at it further. That's okay. I got thing that will be able to do
I heard it turning Got you and so it will be able to tell block locations of the phone You know they mean it sometimes and locations so if you better understand what happened since you don't yourself understand at this point And so that's what I'm looking to do Oh Skin care experts and dermatologists have often touted the benefits of indoor humidity as essential for healthy glowing skin But did you know dry air can start to harm your skin and as little as 30 minutes? You You You Do Now to Give it over, wife, please Do you need another one? Need another one?
No, can I call my wife? I like stuff keep talking to you. I need her to get hold of my attorney. Moving in over about your body. We need to remember what happened. As you see here and talking more and more, does it jump in my now? Black down the grill, there he is, yeah, I don't know, snooze it. Being drunk is one thing, you know what I'm saying? Not remembering anything, it's kind of hard to believe to be honest with you. No. Because having that much action, that much going on, that much happened.
I don't know what's happening. Yeah, you can buy a dirty. Who are you drunk, what's it is? Why are you drunk? You can see it, I did something. If you did something, everything will line up that direction, right? That's what we're trying to figure out. Oh, oh. So, what's the last thing you remember yesterday? You started drinking. Yeah, that was. Okay. What do you do? Much of football. Okay. What time was that? Was that the three parking, 12 parking?
I don't remember. I think they would. Do you remember what time you walked left yesterday for sure? It was after Melanie's counseling. She sat around doing all that. Okay. What was she at counseling for? For the problems with J.R. The divorce and all that. She had been seeing her for three or four months. Does anyone know how long they got their divorce? I think it is. That's pretty something. Yeah. Two after the whole hearing set up in the near future. Nothing like that. Gotcha. Does anyone else have access to the box store? Does anyone else have access to the box store? I think they are always there.
Like inside of it or... No, in the house. Okay. And the last time you were seeing it at the house was when? Was it down business? Out big attention. It makes a pretty big... Yeah, a little bit about an acre. That tractor there, there's a storage shed, a front yard. Where does it only kept on the property? In the front of the property. Yeah. Hmm. And... You remember seeing it Saturday? Do you remember seeing it Sunday? No. Over there we go outside, but this is inside of the box. TV. When you drink, have you ever leveled before? They are remembered. What about his, your wife told you, you left her, did all of her in there?
She... She goes to sleep early. Yeah. Does she give you up early? Yeah. Does she give you up early? Yeah. She gets it with 5 or 2. Okay. So... Can you call from your phone? Yeah, if I can. Call her from my... Call her from my phone? Yeah. Just tell her to... I mean that... What I like to do is keep talking when you try to figure out for yourself. I don't know what's going on. Well, I don't know what you're trying to figure out. See? What makes sense? I don't know what I did. What's what I'm saying? When we first started talking, you said you were at the house. Yeah? Well, you know that's not true, right?
That's when you were at the same. I don't know. I mean, everything's going to line up. If... If you were there at the house, all the stuff is going to line up to that. All the evidence is going to line up to that. Does that make sense? All the pieces that would possibly line up to that. But understand if you didn't, it won't, right? Because the truth is the truth. Does that make sense, Josh? Yeah. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I just tell you. And that's why I try to have a discussion with you. To understand you as well, to better understand what's been going on in your world. And how do you want? Does that make sense? This is the first time I've ever met you, right? Yeah. And so everybody is completely different.
They're all different individuals. And then, yeah, yeah. Of course, I've seen people that drank a bunch. But I understand that... To not remember anything from the entire... 12 plus hours is pretty hard to believe, right? I can say that as they're me and I own them. Sometimes it's the opposite of me if I hear them. Yeah. I just want it to be there. So it's just going to be completely closer. That's my only something person.
You have all of them. It's just... Quit. So you said all you remember is that? So, if the box truck was there at the houses, who would have been able to come and get it if it wasn't you? I don't think anybody came by. You said Orion came by? Yeah. When my wife told me that, he came and picked her up. So you don't have like two living rooms? Okay. No. So that's all based on... When my wife told me that's it.
What about any of the kids? Austin, anyway. Yesterday I don't think anybody came over. Taking back with the box truck. Because you weren't drinking. Right as you got out of bed. Oh, it's still on the roof of the neck before. I don't know me as foodie ever. Okay. But now, first, remembering the day and the way it came over. That was all alone. Okay. And so, how do you know what time they got back? Does she tell you? She told me. Okay. I don't remember if they had nine or what.
Okay. We got you. How long does it take to get back into the living room? I have 45 minutes, I think. Two hours. Two hours? Yes. And do you remember if you were away when they got home? No, I don't remember. So, you know, it's in the other living room. I don't remember saying anything to me. Did she sleep in the bed? No. And do you use them? I woke up in the bed. Okay. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't remember if I fell asleep in the recliner or not. But it's night. I don't remember the while we went out this morning.
Okay. You keep on your phone. You know what? You know what you're wearing this drink? No. Brush your arms and sweats. Okay. We'll color sweats. Okay. You gotta have black or black grade. Okay. Dark colored sweats? Yeah. Okay. We're kind of sure. I don't know. This is your garment with a coat, hoodie, sweatshirt, jacket, your hoodies. Okay. What color.
Do you remember your wearing it? Or are you just calming it? Yes, calming it's cold. Okay. I really like my tur. Do you have any recollection of that? Do you think about it, hold your eyes, do you have any recollection of what it is? Is that common for nights and nights? Like, if you go forward, do you remember the afternoons at all? Sometimes I wake up at 1 or 2 in the morning and I would call here, but I would never policy for what time or anything. You're going to weekends, is that when you drink more?
Yeah. You got to work in? Yeah. Do you take your... The Toyota Tundra and Tacoma are built to keep going. Can you prescribe to take out me this time? Just one at night. What? Dosage isn't? I don't know. You don't know? I'm not drinking and I take money. It makes me feel dizzy. Really? What is the alpha want to get? Making that doesn't work. I've already dropped it. You don't have to feel it. It just happens to me to sleep. Okay? Please go away. Why is that? Tell her to turn you. Can you give your phone number? Catch it. Where are you sitting now, Taco?
She's here. Can you tell her to call the attorney? Just we need to know from your side what? I don't know. Just listen. If you were there, and all this happened, right? We need to understand your shot of the story. Because the evidence is going to line up what we're hearing. Okay? But we can't tell the personal side of things. That makes sense. All I can tell is the facts. Not the emotional. What occurred? Does it make sense? All I can do is show XYZ happened. And no feeling or emotion behind it. But the person that was involved is able to tell the human side of it. Does it make sense? And so that's what I'm trying to understand.
This is what it occurred. It's only I have no idea. And only you can tell your story ultimately, right? Of what happened, what occurred, and all that? I don't know what happened. Now I've got to worry about GM or this. Give me some humility or my wife. I don't know what happened. I just have a hard time believing it. I don't know what to tell you. I always want to just intrude trash. Always always. No, without it. The truth, the best you can recall. You know what I mean? I never want you to make something up. I never want you to not be truthful. I'm not good to say anything that I don't know. I appreciate it.
I don't want you to ever make anything for it. Tell me something just to appease me. Or something else like that. Okay, I'm done. That is what my journey is. I don't want to say anything else. I don't know what the hell happened last night. I've also got to worry about your mental health. You know what I mean? You know what I talked about? You're having issues currently. Does that make sense? I want you to be safe. Everything else can fall by the wayside, right? And I need you to be safe. Because that's ultimately my job, right? Josh? From possibly yourself and your others.
Shh. So why would it not suffice you if you were there as you are since? Do you find it weird that you're that dropping? I don't remember anything. But you're able to find a house. You've only been to... How many times? Almost. No. A couple of times. So is the ability. Okay. And you're out. Yeah. It's not her, my wife.
Or melling. Shh. A little bit of still you. Everything you have, Josh. I don't know. I can't remember anything. So you remember waking up? Do you remember drinking? Yeah. You remember very much drinking. And just glass after glass. I have a six pack ice tray. I remember filling it up. Not two or three. Get there right now. The food was in the bowl. And I'll just... I don't know how much you love it. It's good. He's just drinking till you find something.
Did Melissa mention the box truck to you? Because she was hungry when you left, right? Yeah. So she called me and... She didn't get anything. All right. Well, I said goodbye. Whatever it was about it. Without you buying a texture in it, you finally text back later. I just got your shoes up. She said yes. And what's out of your house? Is it your security light? Is it ocean or is it turned on inside? It's motion. It's motion. She doesn't remember that side. I don't know why it's too light on the wall. How many lives? I like to remind myself. I don't remember. I don't remember. I don't remember. I don't remember.
I don't remember. I don't remember. Okay. I mean, I could have went outside. It looks like I don't remember. And once my wife takes, she takes, the reason I take, she takes it in, so I was taking hers to sleep. Once she takes hers, she's out to the hospital. Do you have your own prescription now? Yeah. You know, I told my doctor I was having trouble sleeping and I was taking my wife's, so I think I should go back home. So your wife takes a deal with any 30, saying that she was headed home. You know, I'll remember you now, and maybe see a taxi, 30, which, I like to take a sample
here, DNA. That's okay. It's just a little toothbrush and such about. I would like to have my journey for anything more, but most of them know the issue. Okay. It's completely up to you. Yeah. We have my journey. Please. Okay. The Toyota Tundra and Tacoma are built to keep going, blending rugged muscle with precision engineering, all supported by Toyota's time-tested legacy of dependability. Step into a Tundra and feel the unyielding capability with the available I-Force Max engine. Tundra puts out impressive power, torque, and towing performance and the roomy high-tech cabin keeps you connected on the go. Or take a look at Tacoma made for drivers who push past the path. Agile, tough and relentless with available features like crawl control, portable JBL speaker,
a power lift gate, so gear goes in fast, and the adventure keeps moving. Tacoma and Tundra are engineered to endure season after season, mile after mile. So drive one home today, visit toyota.com or stop by your local Toyota dealer to find out more Toyota. Let's go places. Pretty fresh of shoes, do you want to wear them? These are my boobs. Like how old is it? Yeah. One of those. Yeah, let's get rid of that thing.
So if she just takes a new early 30, she's about 2 hours to get home. Do you remember the text? When did you read the message? I don't know. I think I read the message. That's it. So where is the foster man? I don't remember. Who's not the house? Is it? I don't know. Are you wearing it when you take it?
No, I'm not wearing anything. I don't know. Josh, I'm not sure anybody could wear it. It's not a very young troop. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do.
But the best thing you can do is just be honest. And say in the year when you remember us to have public. I don't have to understand what to completely forget an entire day that just happened yesterday. That was more often the day. That's what I remember the fight said me and my wife had when she left me several times. She asked me about it. I remember it. Please have a wife call it a tardy please. That's what you should say.
Would you say that's fair assumption? They are pretty close down. You don't communicate what's going on in your head a lot. Would you lie for anything? You're shaking your head. No, or I don't know what that means. Do you internalize a lot of issues? That's when everything comes out. All the feelings, all the issues that you've been internalizing. I remember her name.
Remember her name. Next day, she tells me. All the issues, all the problems, all the frustration, the money, everything. That's when you unleash it all. You know how many comes to ahead and then it eventually explodes. That's how we're about right from your perspective as well as how other people have told you.
So why would you go confront someone in JR's? That's when I'm over and you're feeling those blanks. Because they're pretty big blanks, right? An entire afternoon and evening into the night. How do you fill those in?
What's the truth there? I think you have some truth in you. About what? What do you remember? They're here right now. What? I'm not even here right now. What was that? I'm out of my mind. Is they real? Can you believe that? She's already talking to somebody.
So she can't call the attorney. She's talking to somebody. So you said you've got a couple of hang-ins. Is that correct? You and your wife? And what are they again? I have a 38. She has a 38. Did you have another one? That one was taken. Did you just have two before the arrest? Yeah. Okay. What? You said that's in a log box? Yeah. What was it kept in the house? I understand it a bit. Can we go check to see if it's there? Yeah. Yeah. You okay with it? Okay. Let me go see if it's there.
We'll get people to go do that. That's okay? Yeah. Okay. Can you hear that? Choose. Okay. Can you go to the attorney first? We'll just see if I phone. Okay. I'd like to take some quick pictures of you. Okay. You said there's only two pairs of shoes that you normally wear? Yeah. The ones that you wear right now and then some kelobuts? Yeah. Are they leather or herbosols? herbosols. herbosols? Just black? Yeah. Color brown. USA boots.
Okay. Would you like to stand up for me? I think. Just hold that. Place them all. Can't you send your rope? Okay. We'll go take a look at that guy. That's okay. Can we call my attorney first? I mean, you can do whatever you want to. You can tell me when we're beginning. We're going to ask you. Gotcha. My wife has a number. Gotcha. I'm going to tell you she's talking to the manager. So she's in the room. Can you answer the Charlie's name? So we call him. I'm going to take a little bit for me to get in there and talk to her. Are you okay with sitting here? Yeah. Yes?
Sorry. I'm just going to ask you a little bit. Really, really cool. You okay? I don't know. What do you mean you have? Don't feel real. So... My wife. I'll be attorney yet. She says she doesn't remember who it is. That's the longest answer I've just got. I don't know. I'm flat. There's a long way for the answer. But... So she said she had to come get you. Give me where? Who's my house? That's not. Let's see where she did. Where she can be from?
You mean friends? You think you're orders? You're bounding. So I don't call my hand. Who's that? I don't know. I don't remember. I think you do remember? I really do. I don't remember. It's just I'm really curious. I'm not curious. Don't give me wrong. Okay? I would generally think you're repressing a lot. Because it will happen. To not remember significant events. Like we've all been drunk, right? You can ask me how much you're into it. It has no life.
It's not. Black that around that. Whatever you call it. But you can remember significant events. Like going to a fun place. You can remember lots of things. You may not remember how long you were there. You may not remember exactly what we said. All those things. But you can remember major things. Like leaving the house. You may remember how you got there. But to have that amount of time missing in your mind is pretty hard to believe. I can give you an answer that I don't have. So where does she have to compete for? I don't know. Where she said she got me from.
Do you think you did this? I don't know. Honestly, do you think you did this? I didn't realize. I didn't do this to you, man. Did you get it? Did you get it? How do you not know? I can't remember anything. It's not like you were drunk and hit somebody in the car. But this is a major, close and personal thing. I don't know. How do you do that?
How can you say that? People you say they can't move. That's how I'm saying I can give her a pressing. I think you're a press a lot of things. I think you're a press. Anything that's traumatic. Anything that's problematic. That's the way you bring this train to serve press. But the more you think about it, the more you have natural reactions to it. Because you realize the truth. And what's the truth, Josh? Yes, you do. Do you know what I'm saying? Did you say that you would never do it? You say that you don't remember. But your body is reacting in a completely opposite way. Your body is having a negative reaction.
Your body is having a negative reaction to the information. Do you want one more? Yes, please. I don't like my attorney. She should be able to look at her phone. She always says she knows. Can I call my old attorney? No, no. You'll know what your attorney is.
What's in it? No, that's what I'd be hearing. I'm not going to be able to talk to you, man. I'm not going to be able to talk to you. I'm going to discuss what's going on. Does it hurt? Does it hurt? Do you want? It doesn't hurt at all. It's very real. The truth is very real.
What happened is very real. What happened, Josh? No, I don't know. What happened? I have no clue what happened. No, what happened? I have no clue. I'm telling you I have no clue. How would you have no clue what happened for the time that you woke up until this morning? I told you how much I was drinking. Okay. I started with screwdriver and then you can buy and look in the freezer and see if there's quite much left of that hat going. 18 hours. You can't remember 18 hours. I remember we had home watching TV. That's it. Remember the end of the cheesy. Right? I think they won. I think you're another game on after that.
I started watching, but I don't remember it. Who did like? Look at that again and tell you. Again, tell you that. You can start at 325. There's time. It's only 630. What's the name? It's a three-hour shot.
Do you remember it? I can't remember it. I think you can tell it was just from my neck. Did you play it the night game? That's seven? I don't remember that. Who's Randy? Well, cool. I remember talking to him. Or how he got there. So as we start putting this puzzle together, do you want to be truthful about it? I can tell you what it is. Do you want to look like you're just okay?
I do care, but I don't remember. You see what time she picked me up? Yes. What time was that? I don't know. Did you originally tell me everything left the house? I don't remember. Shows of the truck was there when she left. The box truck was at the house when you left. And then I was gone when she got back. So the ticket? I don't remember. I'm telling you. That's not the way to work out the shit when I get drunk. It's just like a whole water. I don't know what day it was. So why would you open front if you loved to hear ourselves?
I don't remember. Do you have feelings I'm talking about? I don't know. Good men to go. Unless he's sitting there. He'll screw up. And he'll go away. Just like he said, he worked his car already. I'm drinking and driving. He'll tell it is. He'll apologize. There's no reason. I don't want to go over there. None whatsoever. But you did. Didn't. I don't remember shit. You can call it say I hope you call it a turn. I don't think anyone's gonna believe that. You don't remember. Really don't. That's what I do.
I don't remember shit. That's what you can ask when I get that drunk out of her shit. Things I do or say. It's one thing just hanging out the house and not remember. It's another thing. Travel into a different part of the love thing. What'd you say? I don't know. I don't remember shit. Did you say something said you're up? I don't. Are you saying you're lying? I'm not lying. It's explained to me. I don't remember anything. I'm gonna ask you what do you remember?
All you know is I was at that. I know. I'll flip for a little bit. Sorry, drink it again. What time do we go? They're in the can city. What else did you do? What did you do for that? Did you sit there watching TV? What did you watch? What did you watch over Kansas City? I was trying to watch the Dallas game. What did you mean trying to watch? I remember watching. I just knew it was coming on after. Did you exchange 10? I think so. What did you do? Did you watch anything?
I don't remember. Did you kill your Josh? I don't remember anything. A lot of people have been really drunk. They don't go kill people. A lot of people have been really drunk. They don't go kill people. A lot of people have been passed out drunk. They haven't gone to kill people. That's highly functioning. Highly functioning. They're not bullets and they were 16.
I've seen some incredibly drunk people. There's just nothing there. They're not doing such high level of activities. I've seen people drive. I need to call my attorney. No, nothing else I can say. Why do you have such a strong reaction to what we talk about? Why do you think you have such a strong reaction? It's scary. Why? Because I don't know what's going on. Because I've been really drunk. If you ask me, did you kill someone while you're drunk? Why do you have such a strong reaction to what we talk about? Did you kill someone while you're drunk? My reaction is not going to be the same as yours because I know.
No, I need my attorney. So deep down, why are you having that reaction? Because I don't know what's going on. I remember you shit. So you get that reaction when you don't know what happened? No, I think you do when you're repressing it. And your body is forcing it back up in your mind. It's forcing them. I'm not going to make up shit that I don't remember. I don't want you to make up stuff. But deep down inside you know. Deep, deep down inside you know. And your brain you know. You know what happened. I know. You may not remember every detail. You may not remember every little fact. But deep down inside you, you know what happened. And that's why your body is going to make any reaction. No. That's why you react a lot. It's in the vomit. You can physically sick for a lot of things.
And prepped out right now is one of them. That's the two, but. I call my attorney, which I came forward, both broke. You can just be honest, Josh. It's not a person. Tell me exactly what happened. You're not being forced to do it. I can't remember out. And I'm going to make up shit. I'm not a person. And your brain is there. You know. Deep down. Just calm down, Charlie, please. What happened?
I'm not so sure about that. I'm really not so sure about that. And you say I was outside two in the morning. I don't remember that. I did not say you. That's what it was. Just being my wife. My wife would ever make it. Wake up. There's a light turned on outside your house. You can't do this anymore. Do what? Sit here. Let me try to force an answer out of you that I don't have. All of our asks for you to be truthful. I'm telling you the truth. I remember a lot of fights that me and my wife had.
That she doesn't in the next day. Indeed, and then I don't. Do you remember what you were doing before those fights? Drinking. Do you remember what you did after the fights? Sleep. Do you remember fighting? No. Are you? No, she doesn't in the next day. Wake up. She pissed off at me and I don't know why. And she won't tell me till later on when she comes home. You don't think it was problematic? Yeah. That's been problematic. Can you really should have been young? Yeah. That's right. So why continue? I've tried several times. I've got to stop and drink it. It's put me in the hospital twice last year. Are you kidding me? It's religious. It's just to keep any killer drinking too much. So why is the box struck there when she leaves and when she gets back it's gone.
Well, what happened to it? What could have happened to it? What are the probable things that happened with that vehicle? Anybody else can get it? Yes or no? So what would have happened to it? I don't know. It's the same box struck as seen at J.R.T.S. I really should have my drinking. You don't want me to? I'm telling you the truth out. I don't remember shit. I don't remember getting the keys, putting with the ignition, driving to a specific location,
having an obligation, driving away. You don't remember any of that? I don't remember any of that shit. I remember just waking up this morning. I don't remember shit. Sick. Drink too much. So it's not plaudible to somebody else like that car. Is that correct? It would make sense that you took that vehicle. Is that correct? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
I don't want to call that. I'm not sure if you're coming in. Where's my phone? Are you in the bathroom? Yes. I don't know why. Where? So, if... No one else took that vehicle.
It was all the person I could visit. I'd send you more to Thomas until I get to my lawyer. I'm sorry, but I'm going to continue. You did something wrong and you know it? All we can do is move forward, John. To be honest with you. No. There's no going back. There's no pretending it didn't happen. There's no trying to forget it. There's no repressing it. There's no... If fans are butts, there's nothing that we can do. I've grown them in. We'll move forward, right? We can't. Make things go away. We can't wish it away. All we can do is move forward. And how bad it is. And then what happened? We just have to move forward. And honestly, it's always the best policy in life. Just being honest with ourselves. Even on time being honest with ourselves. At the very least. We're trying to repress something in the back of your brain. And pretend it didn't happen.
There's no way we live. I'm just going to eat you alive. No, but I can remember you shit. Just like that's why you drink so heavily. It's because you repress me in response to it. I don't know where it just went. Instead of dealing with them. And understanding them. And trying to repress me. Which is accurate. And it just drinks up and up and up and up. Who are you? That would be a good story. What happened to you like that? Give me that to really. You got a problem? You said dealing with it. We try to repress it. Try to medicate it. It's gonna handle it. Right? Maybe let's continue.
From then, if not before. Who repressing memory doesn't get them out of your head. It doesn't remove them from your head. Because deep in your brain, you know exactly what happened. Deep in your brain, you understand. You just don't want to deal with it. You don't want to deal with it. So I'll just tell you more times. I just want public attorney. I'm gonna admit to the thing that I can't remember. I wouldn't let you make something happen. Okay? Just to be honest with you. But I can't admit something that I don't remember.
So do you know it's plausible? It's pretty fucking cheating. It's pretty fucked up. I don't know what's going on. It's plausible. So the details were... Everything becomes important. Because like I said, I don't remember a lot of shit at night. Where the next day I'll never shit. Or a good stuff. I'm missing a way. I've put some work down on the hard set. It really is.
It really is. It really is. All we know is what's gonna happen. I think this is starting to get better. It was a time when she was going to fill into it. I feel like that. I think I know. It's not a question. It's not a question. It's not.
As let it out, we'll get to you. I can tell you this time. Why are you in on it? No fucking clue. What happened when you got there? No clue. I don't fucking know anything. I remember shit. Where'd you go actually? I don't remember. I don't remember her picking me up. Like she said, for my uncles. So did you get picked out of your uncle? I don't remember. That's what she said. How'd you get there?
I don't remember. Where's the walkstruck? My phone did W down the boots, so I can call it. I didn't take this call on the answer. I'll see. Hold it. Did he get stopped when I was out? Okay. He's a three-hour mark. So... What do you think? What do you think, Josh? I think this is bullshit. How's that? It's so tired.
What? I'm getting a little bit of a deal with it. What do you think? Why? Did this happen? I don't know. It's hard to fight back those members. Hard to repress members. Your whole body is against it. It's forcing you to get back out. So you have those reactions. Or your body is shaking. You're trying to force the members back down. Try not to remember all the things that happened.
I didn't write state of mind. What? You guys have cameras out, Josh? Yeah. Are they good? Yeah. Are they all around the property? Or just not a house? No. The front porch and inside the house. What kind of company? Our little one. Your little one? Does she have access to it? Just you. Is that your phone? Yeah. I try to get a root. Access, but it won't never.
Let me take a look at that on the phone. You have to hurry to get a hold on that dirty. Do you want to know another tree? No. Do you want to know another tree? Josh, there's another tree. But that's the reason we're in this area. Right? Josh? Oh, that's it.
Sorry about that. He said about 30 minutes. So that's about nine minutes. And then I got a update on the attorney. They said she's now saying it's just in... K-I-E-C-H. K-I-E-K. That's what she is. So your video should record? Is that not something that you find important when you left? If you left? Because I would clear everything up pretty quickly, right? Yeah.
I'm just thinking out loud here. I think you're right. Because you got one of the porches out, isn't it correct? I'm just thinking out loud here. I think you're right. Because if you got one of the porches out, isn't it correct? I'm sure you're leaving. If you left, we'll be able to be left in all that, right? Let's have y'all back. Wouldn't you find that important? If you had anything with you, what you wearing? All those things, correct? Because you're saying you don't remember. Those all answer your questions, correct? Wouldn't you find that important? To your own knowledge? Yes, you're right. I'm sure.
That's almost done. You're fine. So should we look at that? So should we look at that? I can take the ball. You don't care about killing a guy? You don't care about this guy's family? It's not you. It's not you. It's not you. Okay. Well, let's prove that, right? Let's prove that. Correct.
This is what that's for you. Are you scared of? You've got your life. Are you scared of the truth? I don't know what the truth is. What's the same as finding the truth? Are you scared of the truth? I don't know what happened. And don't you want to know? Josh, I think deep down is like you want to know. Deep down is like you want to know. Or are you afraid of the truth? You don't know if you want another truth or you don't know. If you want to know. I think you're scared. I don't know what to do. I don't know why I feel need this.
It's already here. It's already here. I'm sure we're back Friday. We're both good. Why? You didn't do this one. Josh, do you want to find out what happened? No. Do you want to find out? If you truly can't remember, do you want to find out? Hmm? These are horrible. I'm turning here. I don't know if you can make it. I just want to measure five. No one's going to come. But. But they're not concerned with the truth, right?
I mean, you're not concerned with the truth. When you go on a surgery, are you wearing those shoes? No. What do you wear? I have a black pair of skaters. And that's supposed to wear your upset shoe. Okay. So you have a pair specifically for that. And then you put stuff over the top of them, too? Yeah. So these are just two of them. Like scrubs inside that you wear just there?
Yeah. This is also you wear, and then you change out, and you get there. Yes. Do you ever wear your rings? It's really breaking up this morning. How do you think this is all gone?
Pan out. I know you. It's scared. Why are you scared? Because I have no idea. Are you scared that you did it? Of course, that's scary. I have no idea. I can tear up my head. Don't be drunk. What's your name, Rogers? Your name?
5. Is that what your arrow's in? Yes. Is your name actual? Yes. What's your name? I can't remember it. You gotta use it. I did barely put it on there for a step that were for Christmas, okay? Okay. Okay. That's the one you use for your accounts. Great. Yes. So you're afraid, let me just convert, you're afraid that you did this so you don't wanna find out what actually happened. You don't wanna find out what you're doing. Is that correct? I don't know what I want. I would want to know what happened.
I gotta work for my family safety. Not if you're open honest and truthful. And face the consequences of your actions. No, you don't. No, I'm talking about... Helper. No, you don't. Not if you're open honest and accept responsibility if you did something. That's the truth. Because at that point, any role they hold that person accountable for their actions, right? No, he's coped up. You're on two. Do you believe that it's better to be honest? I knew it was honest with us.
Do you believe in God? I'm not a God very man. You know what? I think that's a mistake. Do you understand? We even live in a tree people right. Gallery that I regard as before, it doesn't be exiled. It's a white warship. That's it? That's how it never been in jail. It never really came out of it.
I think deep down inside you know deep down inside you know you don't want to accept the truth you don't accept the reality it scares you you want to try to repress it you not going to be able to it's going to eat you alive the pressure and the weight that is going to hold over you is going to eventually crush you because it's one thing to just have problem in your life it's another thing to have killed somebody and if you did do it that weight isn't inscribed it's going to continue to bear down it's going to continue because you're problems so you can open an honest about it but hiding from it will never work it will never work and tell your honest with yourself you can't be honest with anybody else
if you're repressing in the back of your mind you're not honest with yourself and you're doing some discernment it's good do you have anything else to say do you have any questions no so would you tell Randy don't ever be in there you don't ever be in where it brings you told Randy if I'd killed
you drove up in the box start to ring you took it from the house after all this happened you showed up and you told Randy you thought he'd kill someone don't you ever remember anything sound for a million you see that weight bearing down you can remember that angle fly my own close my own close you can remember when you don't you remember when you don't you can remember when you don't you don't remember a lot of things
remember finding up in the ear and it's calling my wife to get me I got there and I was overdressing out of home you see all that
you What do you want to do, sir? Thank you. Can we take a look at the video? I'd rather talk to my attorney's groups. I won't be here with my ass up in here.
What is that? What do you want to do, sir? What do you want to do, sir? What do you want to do, sir? All right, here's the news.
What do you want to do, sir? What do you want to do, sir? What do you want to do, sir? What do you want to do, sir? You going to reach out to them? Are you going to reach out to the little people? Let's see if that's it.
Okay. Hey, Justin. Josh Walker, how you doing? You represent my wife, Melissa Walker. But I'm up here at the special units being accused of a serious crime. They've had me up here for about four or five hours now.
Well, they just downloaded my phone, but they said I've learned the rest right now or anything like that. I told them I needed to talk to you first before anything else. No. Well, you just stepped out on a phone. Oh, yeah. Yes. Yes, but I don't remember anything last night with drunk. I don't remember anything last night.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So yeah, you can get a hold of her. Okay.
Yes. Yes. You want to talk to them then. Okay. Karen, hold on one second. You can want to speak with them. Are you on speaker, Justin? Yeah. No. Okay. Hey, this is to take your bonds. Hey, it's Justin. Are you? Good. Are you sure? Yeah. It's all fine with him. I told him that this went up to him with a phone and being late, I would have sent him to me with a moral to be person. Right. If I told him, of course, if you need to hear directly from him, just tell him to excite the right thing, dial it.
If you wanted to first turn him for going forward further. You can go on, you can let him go and you like that meeting or yellow calendar, but anyway, for whatever allegation is going on. So that's what I got to explain. Okay. And, if you have a private meeting, just go to whatever the situation is. Gotcha. Yeah. No, he's going to go the whole time. Okay. Explain to him at the first. Okay. Gotcha. No, you're getting completely dark. So, I just have to get all the stuff. I mean, so it's good with you and if you want to give your car or whatever, I can pick it up together and I need more. Yes sir, for sure, he does have. Oh, okay, perfect. Anything else you need from me? No sir, he just wanted to reach out to you. Okay, awesome. Cool. Have a good night sir. I appreciate Mr. Walker. You can take me later when you get down to the corner and we'll get more for them tomorrow. Thank you Justin. It's up to you tomorrow. Good night.
Cool. You're done here. Look, I told you from the very beginning. Did you leave it anytime? You didn't tell my wife to bring me to you, did you? I did not. No. No, I'm fine. That's for you. You want me to walk you down? Sure. Because I'm assuming you want to leave? Yes sir. Didn't my wife feel here? No sir. There you go. Dude, he's like all my fucking clinics. He's in the room and all over the place. Okay. Four plus two. All right. Let's see. Sure. It's case number 21-50440 today is Monday. It's number 27-21. It's around the 18.43 hours. What's up with me was Josh Walker as well as a investigator. Can't go into this. Now you've listened. Now go to your thing.
