Joseph Duggar Charged with Child Molestation

To Panama City Beach, Florida, back in 2020, he was arrested on March 18th in Arkansas and is now held in Washington County, jail, awaiting extradition to Bay County, Florida to answer for. Lued and lascivious behavior with a minor under 12. The allegations surfaced recently when the victim, now 14, reported the abuse to Tantytown police in Arkansas. Her father confronted Dugger earlier this month, and he admitted to the incident, saying it was a one-time event for which he had apologized. Officials confirmed Dugger is calm and not suicidal or violent while in custody. He waved his right to an extradition hearing during a Zoom court appearance on March 20th, feeding up his transfer south.
